You can buy Deadbolt 4s and 5s at Orison btw, don't need to go to New Babbage

Unfortunately, the Deadbolts only have 550 hp so if anything touches them they're destroyed. The ballistic gatlings are only slightly better at 1650. Kinda silly as the ballistic weapons should be the strong ones and the laser/energy weapons with fragile electronics should in theory be much easier to damage.

Very poor performance, you have to hit these little ships so many times before it does anything. Except that first ship, which was clearly a fluke, a server issue which you could feel on your own ship also as it became frozen for a while. You made a test but didn't understand the results. No, ballistic are currently NOT the way to go.
