street check says Jurgen Rd and the other road upto the security hut is council owned, googe maps stay out of private areas but go up to the security hut before going no further, in addition any private road with public access can be walked or driven over

6:05 Bob on bit of advice to his fellow auditors again. Never jump in an argue based on an assumption you know what they’re going to say or what you think they are probably getting at. Even if you pretty much know what they’re going to say. You’d be surprised how few people do this, and if you compare it to the number of people who think they do but don’t, that’s a shockingly high number too. Marti even had to remind the guy he gave the advice to because even when you tell people they still don’t get it because they’re so focused on what they want to say rather than listening.
There’s so many reasons for it, but most important is when you don’t listen and jump in with a load of stuff you want to say, you make it easy for the other person to clock on to your angle and gaslight you by saying “if you’d let me finish I was going to say”, which makes you look like the twat. If you listen and only answer the questions asked, or listen carefully to the reply to a question you’re asking (and it helps to know why you’re asking it), you are in control of the situation because most people don’t.
And if they do have those skills (eg the police), then you fucking need to do that so you don’t get tricked into anything.
I'm guessing the on site canteen is good. Guess there's no pie's left tho 😂😂
