I'm off and on with the inversion method. I'll do it for like 2 months, stop, pick it back up 3 months later, start again, etc lol. But I'm starting back this month 😊 Last time I did it, I think I only got 0.5 inch but that's not bad for a week so 🤷🏾♀️
