Hey Fuseschool. Why no mention of sugars and their role as carborhydrates in fructose and sucrose, and how maintaining a low balance of these is needed? It was the old food pyramid that led to the initial fat fear and the push for processed sugars. Glad to see you've explained the body's need for some fats, though. Your video is fantastic. Also, the amount of headaches I've cured just by slowly sipping some water has been amazing after I was informed this by a friend.
Fuse school amazing job but i guess for higher graders we need more information could you give any link ( ONE OF YOUR VIDS)that will help me with human nutrition
Roughage, also called dietary fibre, is the portion of plant-derived food that cannot be completely broken down by human digestive enzymes, but helps the passage of food and waste products through the gut. For example, fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and pulses such as peas, beans and lentils.
I've recently decided to improve my health, and this video's just what I needed!

Can I ask a question?
What is meaning by rughage
Roughage, also called dietary fibre, is the portion of plant-derived food that cannot be completely broken down by human digestive enzymes, but helps the passage of food and waste products through the gut. For example, fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and pulses such as peas, beans and lentils.
my teacher forced me to watch this
Why are you saying proteins are the building blocks of life but use a DNA icon for it? Kinda nitpicky I know, but it bugged me
T
Hi if your in tps and the teacher sent you here 🙄✋
Well i guess nobody in your class likes you
I thought that if you ran out of carbohydrates you would use fat instead and ketones, once the insulin had normalised .. 🤔
Ask a diabetic, this doesn't work
Where are the memes?
Why did you comment “yeeeeeeeet” on a Mrbeast video? I actually want to know now
False
Amazing
Thank you!
