I’ve yet to go bike packing yet but wanna try it out. But could guess that like most situations that using a full suspension mtb could have its pros/cons but if you’re into it and wanna try it out may as well. I would at least try it out since it gives you the option of using the suspension as mentioned but maybe doesn’t give all the benefits of other bikes my provide with having less space for bags and such.
