    Many thanks for this informative instructional video. Very clearly described and easy to put into practice - well done.
    One question - when compiling multiple panels such as western blots is it better to import and annotate the arranged images in Illustrator?

    Awesome video. But I was wondering. Is it not better to make the figures with a vector editor like Inkscape or Illustrator? I use Inkscape on my channel since it is a vector editor. I will to know why you will prefer doing the figure in Photoshop.

    how to prepare each panel? the resolution, the size and the format? how to set the parameter of the canvas of the last step to suitable for the publication?
    why set 72, 54, and res=150? I think this resolution usually should be higher than 300 ppi, right?
