I enjoy watching your videos Dr. McKee (and love everything else you do for that matter!). Dr you can use the Magic Wand tool (which somewhat looks like an aspergillus fruiting body!) to click on the background and then paint it white using the Paint Bucket. I think that would save you a lot of time. And then use to eraser tool to do add some final touches. I hope this helps. (A pathology resident and a huge fan )
Great tutorial! Thank you! I am following these steps and work wonders! The only thing I tried differently is the sharpen filter. I go to unsharp mask and I can select the sharpening I want.

Thank you sir, next time when I post a case to Mckee derm, I'll definitely use photoshop to edit the photos beforehand.
