Oh bless you - Insomnia is just horrid! I hope you have been able to sleep better recently. Yes, my daughter creates our work outs that include weights and then I try to incorporate cardio in too either a run or stair master or bike etc. Then every Sunday I do a 5k run. Tesco meal deals are delicious and I always try to get a Christmas one each year too haha!! Thank you for your kind comments
