Years ago, I lost my temper during a big argument with a close friend, and we haven't spoken since. The guilt and regret still weigh on me today, and I often wonder if I could have handled things differently. Even now, anger flares up in difficult moments, and it feels like I'm repeating the same mistake. How do you let go of that lingering pain and learn to react with more patience and understanding? Any advice would mean a lot.
shocking story! The first thing is to accept the mistake, become aware of it and want to change that thing about ourselves that we don't like enough. The main thing in such cases is to keep a cool head and think that what we say or do can hurt the person in front of us, so we have to be aware of the consequences that this can bring to our life with respect to that person we love, so we have to work on that area and always think things through before saying or doing them. Thank you for sharing your story, I really appreciate it, I hope to continue reading you here soon
