I actually didn't know recruiters prefer email too😅I always sweat when getting that call to give my number.
Literally same. (Even though I work in comp, I’m not immune to it haha.) And this is the case in most circumstances! For example, if I personally know a recruiter or hiring manager because they’re in my network, I’ll call them & then follow up with an email. Otherwise, not really necessary! All about your comfort!
