Just plugged in the same one for my girlfriend. Thank you for this video I couldn’t figure out how to properly add the salts. Your video helped alot in dropping some ( Gold mountain beauty therapeutic foot soak glacier cooling tea tree oil & peppermint) 😉👍.

Actually the salts are added in the middle (1:47 min) you can rotate the plastic blue lid and then you have a recipient for salts. Hope this helps.

I noticed on 11/26/21 that the retailer is selling a model that looks identical to this but no longer says it's MaxKare brand in print and the name is missing above the LED temperature. I will not buy my footbath with this missing from the product. If the factory messed up it should be much cheaper or could it even be counterfeit. It is a market place item but has been tagged as a retailer favorite. I got a great price on a branded on elsewhere.

That's a good point about if you can add salts to the water. I just bought a Homedics Bubble Bliss at Walmart and in the instructions it says "NEVER put soap, salts or other additives into the water in this foot bath". Because of that, I'm returning it unused. Why they don't want you to add salts beats me. Anyway, I will probably purchase one of these after seeing your video. Thanks.

I know this is an old video but if anyone could reply asap that would be great! So my mother had to chemo therapy somewhat recently and has suffered foot neuropathy as a result. Mother’s Day is around the corner and since she complains about the pain a lot I thought one of these foot spa’s would be ideal. Just wanted to know if anyone was in any sort of similar position and knew if it helped for something like foot neuropathy?

I got this recently and it sucks. Takes ages to heat up water unless already warm/hot. Bubbles are so weak they can't be felt, vibration just makes the unit buzz and again can't be felt. Rollers not comfortable.
Temperature can only go up until looping to the minimum again. Going to return. Will just stick to a basin/kettle.

Hello Ramona I just purchased a similar Max Kare model. First the manual has no nun instruc6on how to clean it. Any pointers? Or just a damp cloth, warm water, and soap perhaps? Also is tap water ok or shall I use distilled water? Thank you in advance.

I just got this as a gift, and it seems that the heater does not work... It keeps going down by one degree and not up at all, and I have been sitting there for 15 minutes or so. I checked the manual, and it says "Please check and connect the product to the power supply." My foot spa is already connected to an outlet, and I am so confused... Did you have this issue?

Thanks for your review. You are generous because I gave it a six out of ten. It vibrates and bubbles but nothing special at all. It keeps water warm, but up/down temperature arrows seem to default going up... hard to get it to go down. The rollers are not smooth but actually poke/scratch a bit. I don't mind that it's not an auto roller, but at least it doesn't have to poke/scratch. I may keep it because It's my second foot spa (tired of returning stuff) and the price point was higher than I wanted to pay but still not super high. However, I may have to just upgrade. That doesn't always mean I'll get a better product if I pay may more, hence, my hesitation and thoughts about keeping it.

I already lost one toe due to apparently not drying between my toes after soaking so I only let the podiatrist cut my nails, otherwise I definitely would love a pedi but I have to be cautious.
