I love it...I bought my mom one and she threw away the instructions so this was great. Colors came through awesome on the video. When I heard the kids I thought hey, the kids are even attracted to the light lol! I know that wasn't the case via explanation. Thanks 👍🏽
mikaylaxo hello thanks for commenting iam sorry you are having issues with the diffuser, I would return it to the store you got it from because it’s probably broken. However Just a side note at times it can be hard to see the vapor. The socket for the plug being at the bottom is a terrible design decision. I did just what you did and filled it first and ended up getting water with scent into my eyes, which did not feel good! Secondly, it's not supposed to flicker like the way yours did in the video. Did you ever get that fixed? It cycles through colors, but with no weird flicker.

Check and make sure you put enough liquid and don’t go past the line or it won’t work well
