Hey everyone and welcome back to my channel! Last week my brother brought me crumbl cookies one of them being the strawberry crumb cake cookie and I just couldn't believe how good it was! I thought it was just going to be ok because I'm not much of a sugar cookie fan but let me tell you I liked it enough to reinvent it.. Warm and extremely fragrant of strawberries and cream, I was just blown away with the crusty glaze. After doing a little research I found out what that secret ingredient was so stay tuned to find out!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter room temp.
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter emulsion
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups white cake mix
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
GLAZE:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbs milk
freeze dried strawberries crushed (found at Trader Joes or Whole Foods)
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
