    It's called urine crystals. If you have salt water intake, the salt will crystallize in the hose. We switch over to fresh water heads for just that reason. Plus, you don't get head smells anymore.

      If we had a bigger fresh water tankage, we’d def switch!

    This was actually a really fun video (as usual of course). Just so many different things from others that shined through. I know that others have stated the under water abilities of the 360 cams were not that good, but yours along with the case sure had some VERY nice shots! I'm no camera expert, but I'd think a lot of your viewers would also love these new perspectives going forward. The part about the toilet was super funny. I'm still hoping / looking forward to the day I can truly sail, but have also done a lot of RVing in my life even while growing up. Those types of plumbings are also fun in what always seems to happen. So can relate. Sorry, but it is human nature to laugh in a respectful way on others misfortunes (having been through it yourself). Reminded me of the RV movie scene with Robin Williams. Matt sure brings a lot of new types of conversation, dialogue, and perspectives. Happy that he could join you all again.

    Just a small tip with hooks, don't be frightened to sharpen your hooks now and again.
    After constant use, especially on lures,they can go blunt and don't set properly and deep enough into your fish.
    It is always good to have an oil stone or sharpening file onboard for that purpose, plus keeping your filleting knife sharp.

    Poor Matt. All he probably needed was to lower that Tom Selleck 2 inch wide Mustache down from his nose a little bit. I have a full beard and mustache and use masks to Snorkel, Free Dive, & Scuba Dive all the time. I know several Dive Master/Instructors who dive very frequently with facial hair as well.
    "Snot" So Good when your Nose Hairs and Mustache Hair Connects though. 😉

    Great vid on the reality of liveaboards. Luckily that is a once a year job. I myself am changing over to fresh water flush. I was very interested on the 360. Great vids underwater. Yes I will be getting one of those with the free selfie stick. Thanks. PS. How were the arms after that anchor retrieval. I pull up my anchor every now and then for the exercise.

    Well I cant believe your video. I was the boat that collected the anchor from you. Id like to remind you that we were on our holiday also and we were doing both you and you and your friend a favour. I would prefer if you had just said THANK YOU. Konrad was lucky we helped. I hope many people read this and realise what kind of person you are with your comments. If you are going to complain about helping then I suggest you dont help anyone in the future.

    • @SailingJibsea
      @SailingJibsea  11 месяцев назад

      Hey there that was just a confusion and only after you arrived it made more sense.
      Once we retrieved the anchor, we realized it wasn’t possible for us to do anything else with it and asked what they wanted to do with it before we were scheduled to depart.
      We thought they hired a boat to collect it at a specific time we agreed to wait until.
      It was nothing towards you personally. All we knew was a boat was supposed to arrive hours before it did and they had pleaded us to wait longer than we already had.
      You weren’t doing us a favour, WE BOTH did him a favour.
