Tbf certain champs are so unfun to play against that the person playing it just angers you on a personal level.
Rengar is one of those champions for many people, for me its mostly pure statcheckers/splitpushers like Nasus, Yorick, Trundle etc. because I know the guy playing it could be a complete mouthbreather and still win games in an elo he has no business being in.

From what i heard from him, that passive is useless but so is seryldia passive because sion slow is stronger, and sion doesnt need cdr, so being able to have 20% crit makes it better since u can last item IE and become really high damage autoattacker
