No noise after 10 pm in my building to, not just a Swedish thing Baus! Most people in the building are chill/friendly and don't care about a lil noise after 10! Only got one complaint for leaving the ac on overnight, the landlord said I'm allowed to leave it on and that you can't actually hear them inside the other suites only on the balcony's, but I said I'd just turn it off at 10 to not cause problems. The lady who made it got kicked out a month later for being blasting music/ a child crying at 2am 2 nights in a row.

You should use egg crates, it has an hexagon shape and it bounces the sound waves. You can glues these on the wall with blue adhesive so that won't cause any damage to your wall and that's it.

I always question why baus doesnt build any life steal. Seems like a no brainer to add some in a AD focus build.

Baus if you’re familiar with egg trays/cartons, they can be used as sound dampeners. Just add stick them on your walls and maybe paint them a little bit to look nicer, and you’ll have yourself a less echoey room

Those don't isolate sound, they mitigate high frequency reflections. Reducing echo.
