Correct me if I’m wrong but from what I saw hasan went to that writers Union protest with nothing but pizza and farmed some content. So technically this kid showing up to the event hasan was content farming just to be content farmed is A tier.
k, i will correct you. first, not that the dollar amount matters but it was $1000 of pizza for very hungry protesters who *have* to keep walking (legally they have to keep it moving) in front of the buildings they are blocking off, working up an appetite. as someone who has walked their fair share of pickets believe me when i say its always awesome to have food. he too moved with the picket line to help shut down a marvel shoot successfully. during the entire live stream the link to the donation site for the WGA which supports strike efforts was kept pinned and spammed in chat so people from home could help if they so choose and knew where to go. obviously his own donations to plenty of other labor unions have also been made public. there were links on information regarding strike locations & times so people could do in-person efforts as supporters even if not in the WGA. he had Adam Conover on the entire time who as a senior WGA member gave a lot of behind the scenes info & insight into what legalities go into striking, it was a really informative and interesting stream. he also interviewed some veteran strikers from earlier WGA strikes to tell some history behind why this one is important and how times have changed. overall, a lot of good came from this and people who may not have known much about it hopefully took something away.
Edit: the kid was not A tier content, he actually interrupted some good conversations and interviews. it was obnoxious. there were plenty of interesting things happening without this kid farming off of the stream. it went on for a very long time, and was super loud & just an old bit. they did their best to ignore it so the above mentioned things could keep happening where people could actually do some good.

As far as the writer's strike: I honestly would not keep up with it if it wasn't being covered by Hasan for the past week, which I think is important to hear about and keep up with. Hasan also knows a lot of writers and has had writers on his stream that are directly affected by it so I think it makes sense to use his platform to do what he can. Sure, he could sell his 3mil house and porche, but fuck man, he donates, he advocates, and inspires others to help the working class with votes and ideology, man is doing enough. He shouldn't have to sell all of his belongings and move his parents and brother out of his home just to be allowed to advocate his beliefs, i really doubt people would stop hating him if he intentionally went broke.
