Step 4 reloading putting the powder and the bullet

PLEASE READ,This step where going to put the powder and insert the bullet .....please pay special attention when you guys put the powder making sure you put the right amount two worst things you can do is double charge that's when you by mistake put a pre measured charge twice in the same case the second one is under under charging or not putting any powder at all that is very dangerous if you do that the bullet can get stuck and if you dont catch it when you fire the next round BOOM so please be careful.
