I have a 2006 baker 3640E. Bought it used in 2019. Put new band wheels. Cooks roller guides. New rack and pinion gears. Gearbox. Replaced squaring arms. Computer and transducer was okay. Makes perfect lumber all day long. Bought a new Baker edger in 2018 at the Paul Bunyan Show in Cambridge Oh. From Clay.. No problems with the edger. Awesome machinery.! Thank you Baker Products.
Great video. I have started operating a 3674 blue streak for another guy. It has these new setworks and we were working a little blind. Could you explain the Tare setting? The old setworks video said that it was set by the computer, now it is manually adjustable but there is no explanation as to what you are setting. My guess is that it is the minimum board thickness that the mill will saw.
