Very nice. Let me ask you something. Do you ever use the 360 degree block in sparring or the straight punch block/redirect as taught in krav maga or do you only use the standard boxing block?
Generally the cover blocks and inside defenses when we're sparring with gloves. The 360 defenses are great to practice/train due to their effectiveness in a street fight or when a weapon is introduced. Thanks for the question!
The school is Unified Krav Maga in Sandy Utah and the last guy in the video is Joseph Gleed, the head instructor/owner/3rd Degree Black Belt. Very technical fighter (as you said)! Great to hear from you.
Very impressive. Only one friendly comment, wrap your hands when you punch...i used to punch with no gloves or wraps when i was younger and paying the price now. I am afraid to punch hard even with wraps and gloves
Great demonstration of Krav Maga
Fantastic form
Good Krav guy
You're an inspiration. I do MMA (more specifically kickboxing and BJJ), but I have a great respect for krav maga. Congratulations on your exam.
