Am I the only person who doesn't have a favorite color of m&m since they're all the same? hahaha I don't even understand.
I actually sort them by color and eat them according to how many of each color there are (least to most) XD Same with Skittles. I'm a little bit insane.

Yes they all taste the same to me. Skittles on the other hand, my favorite is strawberry but majority of the time whichever one i get out the pack that's the one I'm eating lol.

I use to have one of these many many years ago and it doesn't have to melt clear thru the bag for it to seal. If you move the sealer faster it will not melt thru the bag. I use to just go straight across the bag and it worked just fine. Awesome Bunny, now I know where to get another one.

Aparna Nidamanuri it is bubbles that you can touch with special gloves. you are supposed to be able to "juggle them"
i've tried one of these, it was like an off brand one i got from the 99 cent store. it worked really well, i just honestly don't see a need for it. maybe i'm just a snack pig so snacks don't last as long for me as others but i just put a chip clip on the bag and it stays fresh for a while...
frozenfeather13 I agree with you - for most snacks like potato chips, a chip clip works just fine to keep air and moisture out, it only takes a second or two to apply to the bag, and it doesn't need batteries. Heat sealing a plastic bag might be the best way to go for storing leftovers in the freezer, but then you would want to use the full size sealer that sucks the air out of the bag, which reduces freezer burn. I just don't think this gadget that Bunny is testing here would be that useful, and I bet it goes through batteries pretty fast.

BEST DAY EVER!!!! I went to the thrift store today and found a Eurosealer for 99 cents!!!! IT ACTUALLY WORKS TOO!!!!!
I have to admit, this really appeals to me. I live on my own and often end up snacking on far too many chips etc becuase the bag is sitting there in my pantry, conveniently open with contents waiting to be consumed. If I was able to re-seal the bag I wouldn't bother to actually open it half the time, and it would keep everything fresh.

We can buy clips of various lengths to re-seal our packages. They look like hair barrettes and provide an air-tight seal. Much more simple and quicker to use.

That really saved my life! Im going to choir and dance and all of this have soo much tours all around Europe and being me with my "healthy" diet eating chips almost everytime im in the bus or plane and then having to bare with the horrifaing (dont really spell that good) taste of an old chips this saved me soo much!

Squishy bath right ? I've had it before, it really does work. I really remember what it was called though i had a green one! I can remember it was so messy though, it got every where. It's pretty old, I want to say at least 4 years. Maybe not but when It was a while ago since I had it.
I have one of those at home and you generally just close the bag and move the sealer from one end to another in a quick slide ( max. 2 secs). The iron strip which melts the plastic together otherwise cuts the plastic if you take to long and apply too much pressure.

Where I work I use a huge version of that sealer... and yes burning plastic not a pleasant smell. but that's pretty cool that there is a hand held sealer for food bags.

Favorite M&M color is green and blue. I only eat them once I have fully color coded (separated) all the colors into groups. I then eat them by least amount to most amount.

Blue M&Ms are my favorite, but I've always liked blue colored/flavored things like (blue raspberry jolly ranchers, lolly pops, etc.) I always say the blue one's taste better..even though they all taste the same.

I have/used the euroseal for 10+ years and it still works great. The old ones came with a small adaptor so batteries aren't an issue. Mostly I use it when I open a bag of frozen
food, like vegetables, and I'm returning what's left to the freezer. And yes, it rocks when sealing up bags like m&m's... especially the blue peanut ones! :D
i think your supposed to seal in the direction that the flap is facing, and go all the way across so the flap is sealed also..but im not sure, its something to try! :)
There's this awesome invention that works great for sealing snack and chip bags...they're called rubber bands!!!! lol
Or chip clips, they work perfectly fine, too. There was no need to go and get fancy shmancy with sealing things
haha but then you have to buy abunch of them and if ur fat like me u have a lot of open bags of chips. and then it makes them even fresher (if that's a word)
Clothes pins work too. Cheap, small. Easy to store in a leftover plastic jar.

My aunt had this when I was younger. I was curious how it worked, but there was no bag so instead I used my finger. First time I felt the blade, but I knew that couldn't seal so I tried it a second time & burnt a very small part of my finger. It hurt & scared me a little, but it didn't do any more damage then burning few layers of skin.

**********Had one of these before!!! Years ago... They are great! BEWARE!!!! Make sure you hang it on the side of the fridge, to store it...if you put it in a drawer and it gets pushed down it heats up!!! Could cause a fire. Like I said I loved mine just happened to have something pushing down on mine when I was not using it and it did start to smoke. Just wanted to share 🐊

Yes it is, but only of your huffing the fumes. They seal them this way in a factory with machines, so no worries of cancer for them.

I've worked with sealers before and if it's cutting the bag it means you're holding it a bit too long.
That one has a little blade in it to cut the top of the bag off so u dont have a huge bag when u only need a small bag
I've worked with sealers before as well, and the one I have also cuts (It's a proper, big ass sealer, like for cds, small children, whatever the hell you're into sealing). Of course with mine it mean's it's working properly.Maybe different times and outcomes for different models and brands?
Queen Posion Makes sense. It's probably the sealer. The kind I used you pull down a lever, and there is no blade. But I guess it's handy if it has a blade for these purposes :D
