It was a small convention and he was supposed to only be doing payed photos or autographs, but I had no money to spend and just asked for a hug. He was more than willing and stood with me for a few extra minutes just to chat, since he had time. We found out we're both allergic to cats, and he called me his allergy buddy! 😊

I met Ralph Macchio back in April of this year. Me being a big fan of The Outsiders, Karate Kid, and Cobra Kai, I was super stoked to meet him. I immediately burst into tears the second he locked eyes with me. I even gave him a picture and a note on the back explaining how much he inspired me into becoming an actress.
Ralph was super touched by it and proceeded to call me a rockstar, the best, and told me I was his favorite so far. Super touching to me. I could not stop bawling directly after meeting him. I managed to calm down later and saw him again for the photo op. I didn’t hear him say it, but my mom told me he said “There’s my girl.” The second he noticed me. What a sweetheart. I keep it with me everyday, can’t wait to see him again, hopefully soon.😊💕

Not that I believed them, but I kept them in mind and eventually learned that people said that because he's really just a huge introvert who doesn't really look forward to meeting people. His appearances have been limited due to this. I managed to meet him while bringing my little Yorkie with me to surprise him. She wore her GIR hoodie I hand-sewn too. I was skiing and this woman told me that she was an amputee as well, but she was using two skis. She wanted to ask about skiing 3-track compared to skiing 2-track. I told her I was the perfect person to tell her, as I used to ski 2-track.
As we talked this guy with a strong English accent, much less posh than his wife (who was speaking perfect RP English) asked, "Are you chatting up my wife?"
I offered to talk on the chair lift so the wife and I skied to the bottom while the husband and his friend (the husband was not a good skier) fell behind.
As we got on the lift I asked the wife how she lost her leg and when she told me I realized the wife was Heather Mills, who was married to Paul McCartney at that time.
    Both were fantastically nice.
Several years before this happened, I had met Arnold Schwarzenegger while skiing. Now that guy can really ski! Of course he is Austrian. I think it is required that all Austrians must be very good skiers. But Arnold was one of the nicest people I ever met.

Robin Williams was the one and only celebrity I have met. He was on a trip to Universal studios Park in Orlando back maybe 2003/2004ish. We were in line for the live animal show and it was packed. The line was moved aside then security escorted him and his family inside. My wife and I were somewhat at the end of the line. So when we finally got in there were barely any seats. Next thing you know Robin Williams was waving his arm at us and pointing to 2 seats right in front of him and his family. We sat there I turned around and said thanks and he said no problem, didn't want you to miss the show. We had a little small talk for a bit before the show started. Absolutely a great down to earth guy and was very friendly and talkative, and of course extremely funny. Class act of a guy. Left us way too early.

I lived in DFW area when I was a little kid and was extremely into acting, so my mom enrolled me in some summer kid’s classes when I was like 6. My teacher was this blonde woman who I remember being very nice. Her son was also an actor and she had all of his movie posters decorating the room. She had told us that her son was filming for a tv show, but she couldn’t tell us what it was yet, and that she was super excited to have him sit in on one of our classes when he got back.
Well that day came, and her son came into to watch a bunch of 6-10 year olds act. I had no idea who this person was, but I remember thinking he was pretty cute. I figured he was probably a teenager, which I thought was really cool for some reason.
He had us take turns reading from a script, and when I read my part he said “Cool, now I want you to think of something that makes o up I really angry when you read it” to which I responded with “My brother peed in my bath one time, that made me really mad,” and he said “Cool think about that I guess.”
Anyways my mom came to pick me up from classes and I tell her about the whole thing, and we don’t speak of it again.
Then six months later, I wasn’t my cousin’s house and we were watching the season premiere of Hannah Montana, and I started screaming uncontrollably when the character Jake Ryan came on the screen. My mom asked me what the fuck was going on, and all I could get out was “That’s the guy who taught my class, and I told him Christian peed in the bathtub!”
So yeah, Jake Ryan from Hannah Montana got to here about the time my brother peed on me while I was taking a bath for some reason

Sam Jones: A nice guy. Was down to Earth and willing to have pictures taken with fans. Kathleen Kinmont : A woman who didn't want anyone near her unless they were part of the film crew. Imogene Coca: She was "in disguise" when I met her in a grocery store I shopped out. I commented that She looked like the comedienne, but she denied being the person I thought, despite having the voice, so I didn't press the issue. As we browsed in the aisle, she began telling me jokes, and then we both went separate ways. I learned later on the news that she had evidently 'escaped' her handlers in LA and was missing for several days, but had finally been found in Las Vegas and taken back. Rest well, Imogene. You brought us great laughter.
Other than those three, I was working at a truck stop in NE Wyoming in the mid '70s and the group, The Ink Spots stopped in to fuel up as they headed to a gig in Montana. All were very nice to all the employees and gave all who wanted them, autographs.

I’ve met a celebrity before, numerous times over the last 5 years. In fact, I’ve been lucky enough to befriend him! Mike Love of The Beach Boys is probably the kindest person I know, and really cares about every fan he meets. He has been nothing but awesome to me over the now 5 years I’ve known him. He is an amazing and supportive friend, and honestly, I see him as like a grandfather to me!!
So here’s basically the whole story: I became a beach boys fan in June 2015 when I was 11. As soon as I heard the music for the first time, I was hooked instantly and a super fan within a few weeks. 3 months later on September 26, 2015, I went to my first beach boys concert. It changed my life. At the show I was in the balcony with my dad, since we got the tickets kinda last minute. Meeting the band never even crossed our minds, we were just there for the music. Around 7-8 songs into the show, an usher came up to us and asked if we wanted to get upgraded to better seats. We said yes and we were moved down to row 4 in the front. Throughout the whole show after that, Mike started interacting with me a lot. Idk why, somehow I just stood out to him more than anyone else there. After the show, his wife Jackie (who I’m also super close to now) walked up to me and said “hey, Mike wants to meet you”!! So I went backstage, we talked for a couple minutes, and immediately hit it off and clicked straight away. He didn’t have to do that, he could have just said hi and left. But he actually took time to talk to me! It was amazing! He’s never forgotten about me since and we’re still close friends to this day. I certainly have made some wonderful memories with them, and I’m only looking forward to making more! I’m so grateful and honored for our very special friendship, and I really hope I can see him again soon!!

This is an old story, it happened to me when I was 19 years old, I used to work in a friend's restaurant, it was quite small and the most common thing that people consumed was coffee and tea, it was around 2 pm when this strange man appeared, He wore a dirty shirt and had a huge beard, we usually give free drinks to homeless people. He asked me for a salty cookie and a coffee, the man had an expression of sadness and seriousness, I am a waiter, not a psychiatrist, I didn't ask anything, he was alone and he stayed and without asking for anything else, when he asked for the bill, my first thought was " I'm sure he asked for charity or something" I explained about our policy and he just nodded, showing a slight smile and left. Four days passed when at school there was a rumor that a famous comic writer was in town and when I saw the photo I was surprised, Alan Moore had gone to the restaurant and I did not recognize him, I had heard his name before but I never knew as it looked. Alan moore if you are reading this I am very sorry for reject your € 20 tip.

Not me, but this happened to my sister. She was at a Shawn Mendes concert and all of the fans were swarming toward Shawn. While security tried to hold the fans back, Shawn walked up to my sister and said hi. They proceed to talk for a few minutes and soon Shawn has to go. They take a picture together, and Shawn leaves. My sister came home acting more happy than usual, and she told us what happened. I’m a big Shawn Mendes fan and I was really jealous

We had a selfie together, and I think I put the word ‘amazeballs’ into his vocab. He even signed a programme for me saying, “Stay amazeballs”. Would love to meet him again.

Amanda Bearse (Marcy from Married With Children) was also super nice and very warm). Ira something, who played "The Wizard Master" in Nightmare on Elm Street 3 was also really nice and friendly.

Ohohoh Ive got one. This was years ago, my family was part of a charity event in a small town where we live. When we got there to help set up, Dee Snider was there, DEE FREAKINH SNIDER! The leader of Twisted Sister. I had found them recently and was obsessed with their music. I walked up to him and introduced myself and got to shake his hand. We talked for a good ten minutes about just random stuff. I got a picture with him that my fat head brother never sent to me. Man I wanted to put that in my yearbook so much just to prove ti everyone I met him. It was a magical experience that I will not soon forget.

I worked at a restaurant in Beverly Hills that was frequented by many celebrities. I served Larry David(who I am an enormous fan of) many times and he was very polite, very simple and just overall cool guy. He acted nothing like his Curb character. Kirk Douglas was a customer of mine countless times, and despite things I’ve heard about him, he was one I’ve always enjoyed to have. He was generous, very kind, and always positive. I haven’t lived in Los Angeles for over a decade and Mr Douglas is the only one I randomly think about and hope he is well.

Nicest celeb I met was deff Adam Grontier (Former lead singer of Three Days Grace) when the band opened for Nickelback in my city. I had a "Life Starts Now" CD I really wanted him to sign for me. He noticed I had a guitar case on my back and asked if I liked music, when I told him music was my biggest passion he decided to ask me to sign my guitar instead saying "It was an honor to have a fan with such a love for his art". Will never forget that, the man is a saint.

While filming Helen Hunt needed to see a Doctor ( I think about allergies, could be wrong). She made a huge sceen in the waiting room telling them she is a star and shouldn't have to wait like other people. Every single person I met who met her said she was the worst person ever. Bill Paxton however everyone loved. I guess he bought drinks for everyone at a local nightclub. RIP SIR.

I was rebuilding a piano in Madrid, New Mexico. I had been under the piano all day, and was dirty and covered in sawdust. They were shooting Wild Hogs in the middle of town and I had never seen a film-shoot, so I decided to take a look. However, it was so hot that I decided to get an ice-cream first. I was really tired and trudged up the stairs of this soda shop, and entered. Right in front of me was John Travolta, who, first of all, was huge I immediately twigged to the fact that this was a set, and not a real store (I didn't know the town because I'm from Santa Fe). From my double-take, Travolta knew I didn't belong, but he didn't blow my cover. I went to a stool and sat down, being careful not to make eye contact with anyone. The major actors were in there, as well as the director and a lot of equipment. Tim Allen came and sat down next to me. Travolta wanted to play with him, like an overgrown puppy, but TIm Allen would have none of it. He was talking taxes with a woman I didn't recognize. Actually, no one was talking about the picture. At a certain point, they all went outside, and I followed, taking my place among the townspeople by the side of the road. The director came up, grabbed me by the shoulders and said, "You, stand here!" I said, "I'm not an extra; I'm a townie," which was more or less true. He said, "Well, get off the fucking set!" I left. Friends told me I shouldn't have identified myself, but I knew that if I screwed up a scene, it would have cost them a ton of money.

I met a lot of actors from Band of Brothers last year and they were beyond kind to me. I'd known a lot of them via Facebook friendship for quite a few years, so it was wonderful to finally meet them in person. They went out of their way to include me in conversations and treated me like a real friend.
I also got to meet Gary Lightbody and Nathan Connolly from Snow Patrol in 2018 and they were extremely kind. Gary immediately gave me a hug and patiently listened to me ramble on about how much their music means to me. He even wrote out my favorite lyric on a piece of paper so I could get it tattooed on my arm. Their bassist Paul was also extremely kind even though I didn’t get to meet him. I had commented on one of his Instagram posts a couple days before a gig I went to last year, mentioning I wanted to meet him and was going to be in the front row wearing a certain hat. At the start of the gig, he recognized me right away and grinned. He proceeded to make eye contact with me as much as he could, and every time I did, he’d smile at me, which made my heart skip beats. I threw him a pack of glow in the dark guitar picks at the end of the gig, and his face lit up. After the gig, one of their crew members found me and gave me an autographed CD and a pair of their drummer’s sticks, telling me Paul wanted me to have them. It made my whole damn year.

I kinda sorta met Andy Mineo once. You know the songs "Coming In Hot" (it's popular on TikTok) and "You Can't Stop Me" (it was the top MLB walk-up song in 2015)? Yeah, that's him. I've been a fan of him for a while now and was at one of his concerts and I was in the front row of the moshpit and was rapping one of his songs when he was standing in front of me and took notice of me and was impressed and when the chorus came in he came back over to me and said "Imma about to bring you up on stage in a second if you keep waylin. My man got EVERY LYRIC DOWN!" He then proceeded to give me a high five and asked to borrow my phone, luckily I was recording, and took it and showed me on camera and said, "Y'all make some noise for this one right here he knows every single lyric" then he turned the phone towards him and said, "This man knows" and tossed it back and continued the show. That was one of the coolest moments of my life since I look up to him. Videos of the interaction are on my channel
