I had a very similar unit back in the 80's and 90's when I was the chief gardener at a 27 acre medical facility. The bad lasted quite well and if it did not I would just have it washed and take it to the laundry dept sewing room and they would fix it up. These style of units are fantastic!
I would but it would not be ideal. They work great on pine cones and stuff like twigs and loose thatch. I used to use the one I had for the fall clean up. I had about 15 acres of turf to manage. I also had a road attachment that had a curb cleaner as well as a steel hopper that could really take some weight. The fabric one would never work well for road cleaning as it just gets too heavy.
Good idea
Where's the UK Distributor? I want to buy.
That cloth basket will only last a couple years, huge design flaw.
