    I was in your shoes two years ago. I've lost over 60 kg. Intermittent fasting is a waste of time. Eat whenever you feel like it as long as you don't go over your daily calorie limit. That is all you need to do to lose weight.

    Thats such a big relief, just make sure you stay focused and remember your goals and what you want to achieve this definitely doesn't mean its a reason to slack off but you seem very focused so continue being great!! thanks for sharing with us. I've also never heard of them will check it out

    I was so mad when I went to my dietitian and she told me that I should be eating all these small little meals during the day. I’m like fasting works better for me. I can’t eat 7 little small meals a day.😭

    I feel like there's literally like 100,000 different ways to lose weight just gotta figure out what's gonna work for you... but me personally I don't trust doctors so I've always done my own research... But I hope her suggestions work for you. Make sure you're eating foods that have the vitamins our bodies need I think that's more the key than anything else!

      Yeah you are right , but it’s so much info out there I be so confused. I’m sticking to my fasting tho lol she can’t take that from me !

      I trust doctors but I understand that their training only goes as far as their specialties, so different doctors are good for different people.
      I eat very nutritious food every day, but still find myself overeating. I will overeat piles of vegetables, legumes, tofu, meat, seafood etc, all home-cooked, all high-protein and high-fiber. I'm just a big eater.
      So it makes sense that what works for you or @preciousdeann88 or me might all be different. That sentiment is the thing I've always stood behind.

      ​@@preciousdeann88Exactly! I like fasting because it makes sense to me and I feel better when I do it. But I'm not strict with it cuz some days I'm hungry at 9 in the morning so I eat.
