Hi, I'm also Dutch. If you mean a Dutch passport, the answer is yes. I was born on the Caribbean part of the Kingdom and basically you must view it as one Kingdom that consists of four countries: Netherlands, Aruba, Curacao and St.Maarten that fall under the same monarchy (so, yes King Willem is also the King of the other countries). The other three islands are actually municipalities ('gemeenten') of the Netherlands, so it is basically the same. You do have to do paperworks with regards to being able to live there, but you have the right to live there if you have the Dutch nationality; everyone born in the Kingdom has these rights. So moving there you will be viewed as a Dutch citizen moving to another Dutch territory; especially if you're moving to one of the BES-Islands, as you wil be just relocating in the Netherlands. Remember this does not mean that there are no rules with regards to moving, it simply means that it would be way easier of a process and of course you wouldn't be truly be moving from home. The cultures have their differences, but they also have a lot of similarities: it is one Kingdom in the end. Almost everyone their speaks Dutch, they still use the guilder as currency and the laws are Dutch. They als hold the same European passport as any other citizen of the Netherlands, and are seen as European citizens living in a European territory oversea (fun fact: In St.Maarten the Dutch Kingdom is the neighbours with France!).
