Pedro Torres. Thank you! They are spinner rims. With no axle! It's two screws per wheel that thread into the hub not an easy install ! I like them too they really grab the attention.
I love them bikes!!! Here in Amarillo Tx I am the only one that I know of who still rides around on a low rider bike. To those who know these bikes mine is all 8ball lowrider parts how do I know if it’s vintage???

Is it a Columbia, huffy, rollfast or even a Schwinn? That's how you can get an idea of when the frame was made. If you bought the frame online it's probably a Taiwan frame and it's not older than a year or two. Did you find a head badge on the front of the bike? Please feel free to contact me with your findings. Have a great weekend my friend..
