Love that these two buddies can perform together and entertain us like nobody else!
TODD RUNDGREN YOU ARE FANTASTIC...KUDOS!!!!
Been watching and loving his music since the late 70's and still love everything he does. ❤
My hero. Todd was my first concert with Mom and Dad when I was a kid in 1974.❤🎵
So talented. Pure Art. ❤
75 years-old.... Who can do tha that at 75??? What a great talent.
Todd said that he doesn't have anything else that he's good at so he'll probably go until he ain't going anymore.
Omg!!!! Todd how totally awesome!!! 70s look good on you! Life still Kickin' butt!!
Love you and Daryl Hall together and John. No age old rockin chairs for any of us . Love.
Oh....thanks for uploading for us to enjoy!! Many tks.
Makes me so happy!
Todd and Daryl -- musical twins separated at birth. Happy 75th birthday (6/22/23), Todd.
I was lucky enough to be in the VIP section for this concert. It was truly awesome. Much better than this video lets on to be.
Yes, it was an excellent and beautiful evening of music with Todd and Daryl. I was in 3rd row center...and when Daryl moved to his grand piano, unfortunately the stage was set up that we could not even see him behind it, as you may have noticed with my poor camera work. Todd's amazing performance that evening made me quite emotional, especially with his song selection.Todd was my very 1st rock concert when I was 14, my birthday present with Mom and Dad, and If I Were To Say it was a religious experience, it would be an understatement.🎵❤🎶
Was Greg Hawkes from The CARS playing in Todd's band? I can't tell from this video.
@@davidlindsay9564 I can't really tell you because I am unfamiliar with Greg.
@@davidlindsay9564 No, Todd was playing with Daryl Hall's band when opening up for him at this show and tour.
❤ Todd
I Saw The Light at 26:00.
Saw them in Lancaster last month. When Todd picked up his guitar., it was insane!!!!
Oh wait, I meant Hershey. Anyway, AWESOME!
Great show, both Todd & Daryl were excellent❣❣❣❣
i want to bang on the drums all day
Todd…you move me. ❤
🔥todd is god
legend of musician🔥love
And I back again for TODD...
トッドは神。
❤️❤️. So much!!!
TODD! ❤❤❤
Was Todd channeling Caetano Veloso toward the close of I Want You....
Rest, after a hectic post-pandemic tour schedule, has did him good.
They did a nice job.
I wish I could have found someone to gi with me when they were here in NW Indiana. 😭
Looks like Todd is really enjoying Foamy!
The fact that people ruin concerts by standing there and looking at their phones the whole time is only made worse by the fact that they then try to capitalize on it, through (in turn) ruining RUclips by dumping millions of crappy videos on it.
Aye. Even worse, last night in SD we had 5-6 sixtysomethings pile into the seats behind us twenty minutes late and they would not STFU prattling back and forth seemingly louder than the amps. Made me long for a group of disinterested Gen Z’s quietly ignoring the show, preoccupied with their iStuff. 🤣
Saw the show in Bethlehem and Todd was spot on!!! It was not Daryl Hall's night - complaining about he sound, mumbling incoherently, singing off key.
Saw him in Philly last year, completely different experience. Definitely not his night.
Daryl Hall is a jerk, biggest jerk I ever met in the music industry.
I have to agree with you David. I saw them last night at Foxwoods Casino and I thought Daryl was a little off but Todd was fantastic!
@@garywilliam375 Thank you Gary for the update.
Holy crap. Just saw them in Indio, CA Saturday night and exactly our experience. Walked away worried about Daryl cognitively. Todd was a pro as always. We met him in the hotel lobby and got a photo. Todd was friendly and gracious.
Love Todd, but singing Marvin's "I Want You" IMHO
did not cut the mustard. Only other artist to do this song justice was the late Robert Palmer, who happened to also do a very respectful version of
Todd's "Can We Still Be Friends."
Oops! "respectable version"
I have tickets. Love both so much. But this. Hmmmm
I guess you had to be there, but it sounds Dreadful and I love him
Often the way a cell phone picks up audio is deceiving. I’ve experienced by being there, then later hearing someone else’s video. 😯
I just can't handle his singing style these days...
I love Todd and this show and his performance here...but I do know what you mean. Not certain, but I noticed his first apparent live vocal change during his first appearance on Daryl's House show 2009... pushing sound through his throat and stiff jaw and nasal passages, if what I'm saying even makes sense. Not sure if it's age, health or a singing technique that he is using to hit notes and preserve his performance voice. He still amazes me. Most of our heroes singing voices have changed a bit as time goes on. So very Happy we have them and are still doing this for us.🎵❤🎶
That’s interesting about you noting a change on Daryl’s House. I saw him on there once and Todd sounded like 1974 to me, and Daryl also sounded right on. The sound is perhaps not as organized and properly mixed as it could be as well. But I would give a lot to see this show still.
I am so confused at these comments. Todd was painful to listen to, absolutely horrible, and that is why they wouldn’t let anyone film him
I think people are paying homage to what we remember of him from so many years ago. It is cool to see him anyway. To see him live and still with us.
@@Bronte866 just like retired athletes. It’s cool to see them honored but not play the game because they can’t anymore. He was great in his time, his hour set was torture live.
Todd’s not sounding too good here. He must not be able to hear himself sing.
Painful to listen too
Some of us , including myself, enjoyed every minute of Todd’s performance . He too is a musical genius.
And I LOVED every bit of Daryl’s performance too .
❤️❤️❤️❤️
would love to hear you sound better at 75...
or ever???
@@angusleslie2073I wouldn't be singing at 75
I'm so glad to know this!
Thankyou so much about this information about your life, that I have completely 0 interest in!@@btrottie
by the way it's "Painful to listen to***"
