Hey girl, Marta sent & I'm so glad she did! I love all trash to treasure videos & even if I can't find the exact items used in the video I always find inspiration ❤
I just love the fence finials as legs idea. I'm trying to figure out a DIY for an ottoman/backless stool that would work stylistically with my vanity, a converted writing desk. I cannot find anything to buy that doesn't look like my mother's mid-century modern, which, in my opinion, is uncomfortable and not for me. A fabric slipcover or cushion that wouldn't catch on clothing would be ideal.
Girl, you worked your butt off on this all by yourself. It is beautiful. Next one make the top foam and make a huge cushion ottoman, no feet and throw it by the pool. I have 2 tires from stepson and haven’t touched them yet. I told him I want his help too. You are amazing and I’m definitely hanging around to see what’s next by his is hard act to follow. Watching you work, made me realize I’m not a spring chicken at all.
Wow Natalee you really turned that tire into something beautiful! What a great idea! This was such fun collab I'm so happy I got to join in with you and the other ladies! 💕💕💕
I have a bit of a story about my tires. My husband bought a project Corvette. He passed away before he did much work on it. I had a professional do the restoration on the car including new tires. The old tires were not in great shape so this would make a great memory for my children and myself. Will take a bit of work but I can see it is do able for me. Your tire was a biggie!!! Nice job
Oh my goodness NataLee, I love it! It is absolutely gorgeous! You are so attentive to detail! Thank you so much for sharing your creativity, talent and inspiration! You are so inspiring! Stay safe, healthy and positive! GOD bless you and your family! 🙏❤🇺🇸😊
NataLee! Girrrrrrrl this was nothing short of amazing!! I love it!! and those finials for legs are PERFECT!! LOVE that Kona color too!! Had so much fun collabing with you and all of the other ladies!! You rock girl!! 😘💞👏😘
🐦 Excellent. I appreciate that you not only listed (verbally) the items used but also places you bought them. (Great shopper by the way 😀) I just subscribed and hope to learn more from you. Thanks for posting. ✨
Natalee!!! This is awesome! I was just looking up videos yesterday to find a way to cut a circle for a table and after watching your video...I think i can do it!!! I love the finished look of the ottoman.
UH-MAZE-ZING. I like furniture ideas. I came over to your channel from Coffee with my Sunshine. I'm subscribing and looking forward to watching more of your videos soon.
Turned out great. To glam it up for inside it would look great with a glass top or a framed round mirror. Would love to see more! I loved the remake of the IKEA chest into a glam night table with mirror fronts.
Love the 'retire' ottoman! Recommendation for 2nd tire - a tufted buffalo check, suede or velvet ottoman tufted on all sides? Or maybe even a tire stuffed and repurposed into a fun large pumpkin for the fall season
Natalee, I love your attention to details and patience when doing your prihects. I have a tire that I am gonna make into an ottoman too.. thanks for the inspiration and tips
I love this! It turned out so chic! And what a great idea to use those fence finials! 😍😍 I love their shape better than most unfinished feet. It was so fun collabing with you on this challenge! 💕
I LOVE this!!!💕 This would be a great addition on my patio around the pool area. One project I'm gonna have to do for sure!! 😉👍 Thanks for sharing this with us!!
Indeed, I grew up around the tire recapping business. My step dad did this most of my growing up, and really was helping out the environment by reselling the better tires to having them re-capped. Tho it wasn't looked at as "Helping the environment" back then!! Never really thought of them as something I could make into something this cute! Thanks again for sharing this idea!!! =)
I would love to see a glammed up version too!! Wirh a removable top so you can store stuff in the center.... actually how great would rhat be in a kids room!!??!!
Girl, I'd love to have just an ounce of your creativity! This is AMAZING! You know I'm going to give this one a go! Thank you sooo much for always sharing your talents with us! Have a sweet week, Natalie! Hugs!
I've seen the rope tire table idea before, but I think you hit it home for me by using those post finials as feet! LOVE the way they look on it! I'm curious what you do with the next tire, no matter what the style.
Oh my gosh!!! This was fabulous😍😍😍. I LOVE it! I would have never thought to use a tire for an ottoman. Thanks for the inspiration. And thank you so much for collabing with us💗🤗💗
Great job I love it I always wanted to do it I had my tire for a year already you have expire me to get my stuff going and get it done I bought the rope and I used it for something else but that loved it loved it good job
Oh my gosh, I love you! Girl, you are full of surprises. I can’t begin to tell you how cool and beautiful your outdoor ottoman turned out. You blew me way with yesterday’s project, but wow, this one really blew me away. Your ingenuity and attention to detail is what makes an ordinary piece an extraordinary piece. Well done! TFS! Xoxo 😘 ❤️🏖💦☀️
Cute cute, I had consider doing one of these tires into a planter but same rope used just leaving a hole in the top .. Love how y’alls turned out. I don’t know if I missed it but was wondering how much it ended up costing over all to make? Thanks for sharing 😜
Thank you. I ended up spending around $60. Most of which was on rope. The feet were about $16... so if you can find a better deal on the rope... Good luck on your project!
This is incredibly creative Nataly! I can’t imagine anything nicer or glammed up but if you have something up your sleeve I’d love to see it. Thanks for sharing and I can’t wait to see what comes next. ~HUGS~ #kindnessmatters
Okay this is literally GENIUS. I have never seen anyone make anything like this and I love it. My kids would too haha. So glad I was introduced to your channel - you are truly so sweet & talented. I’m very excited to watch all your vids!!!! 💕
Yes I would love to see an ottoman in maybe French country or for a soft pretty living room. I love this and it will look great for farmhouse and poolside. It looks like a million bucks. One question is will the hot glue and liquid nails hold up outside? I have made quite a few diys with the nautical rope with just gorilla hot glue.I don’t have enough space inside to store the items when not in use and find that the heat outside seems to break the bond of the hot glue. I hoping you say the liquid nails is the key to solve this problem. Thank you so much for your diys. You really are making nice big ticket items affordable and they don’t look like diys at all.
Thank you so much!! I actually plan to seal this with some varathane since it will be outdoors. That should make it way more durable. I just ran out of time for this episode. 😬 Thanks for watching!
Love this! I have seen one with a tassled macrame' top which looked great as I'm a fan of macrame work. I know a lady who could do his for me if I attempt to make one of these. I would put it under our pergola in Cyprus.
Do you want to see me do a more glamorous, less rustic ottoman? What trash to treasure would you love to see me create?
Hey girl, Marta sent & I'm so glad she did! I love all trash to treasure videos & even if I can't find the exact items used in the video I always find inspiration ❤
So glad! I found your channel a couple weeks ago. Loving it! 💕
Yes a glamorous ottoman.

For sure! I keep thinking about how many times I’ve tossed a tire into the landfill.😬
Indeed, I grew up around the tire recapping business. My step dad did this most of my growing up, and really was helping out the environment by reselling the better tires to having them re-capped.
