I have no idea why Ridge Racer V has more convincing engine sounds than Ridge Racer 7 does. At least there sounds like an attempt to make the vehicles sound like cars. They sound like distinct vehicles, while every car in Ridge Racer 7 sounds like a lawnmower. Weird.
Probably to appeal to more general audiences idk

Emulation, u can see plate in car flickering in beginning
The Kamata Fiaro is not a Mitsubishi Eclipse, it's a Toyota Supra.

@@bren2274 I can see some 3000GT cues too, but the Fiaro is clearly intended to be a Supra in terms of its specs. 3.0-liter I6, FR.
