I try to stay away from toxins as much as I can, but yeah, I know I'm not 100 percent. You're right, the results are in this way of eating. No meds. In fact, I just had my eyes checked and doctor was amazing that my prescription went down. My eyes are getting better!
Just a reminder, if you're lower in iron, you need to take or preferably eat foods high in vitamin c. Vitamin C helps iron absorption. Also, some medications cause iron depletion.
Bravo for keeping to your brand and on topic. There are other groups/sites for other topics that the OG is interested in. It's an important topic, just not the focus of this group.
