I don't know if you still read reviews from this video but I just had to say thank you. I am new, so new my first class was going to be tonight so last night I watched 4 of your videos and made a shopping list. This morning while going around asda my son phoned to say they had had a kitchen fire. no one hurt but could we go and take baby away for the day.......Lovely day but didn't get home till late and missed class.......BUT I still cooked these and will use your recipes all week and will start next week...... Thank you.......
And I have to say a HUGE thankyou for the other food info! The meat info is very helpful also because I have always been frightened about some foods and I have binned so much when I haven't needed to, AND I always thought that meat and fish had to be used within one month of freezing....I feel the world is my oyster (Oyster, more food..lol) now with food freezing and use by times! You are a wealth of information! Loads of thankyou's Hugs Linda xxx
This was great, I've been looking for "is brown rice spaghetti good for you?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Dansaac Unflappable Dominance - (just google it ) ? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my co-worker got excellent results with it.
no cooker at the moment :,( so im trying to do slimming world food and cook for 4boys using my slow cooker but its getting harder n harder to do what recipes do yiu recomend plz x just making the pulled pork for tea tonight as its my boys favourite
YUM! Nice recipe! I have a question about cheese. I buy blocks of cheese and as you will know it always states to use within so many days of opening which I do or I throw it away if it has been opened longer than the few days. Often I end up throwing quite a bit of it away. Does it really have to be used or chucked after the few days of opening or can I wrap it back up and use it as long as it is used before the use by date? Thankyou SOO much! Linda
At work food guidelines are very strict with opening and use but dates it's all just to cover the company's back etc! At home I never look at use buys on veg I will use veg unless it has visibly gone bad and I am the same with cheese, I keep all my cheese in a box in the fridge and generally it gets used up before it visibly turns bad (mould) I never look at use by dates or throw away if it's been open a few days I probably have kept some blocks up to two weeks! You defo don't need to throw it away! The only thing I am strict with at home is meat and fish when I get home from my shop I keep anything that is going to be used within two days in the fridge everything else gets seperate into portions and frozen and labelled and keep in the freezer up to 3 months :) hope this helps!! Xxxxxx
Thankyou SOO much! That is a huge help. I have always thrown out nearly full blocks of cheese after the few days of opening when I haven't needed to. I will keep them in a separate box from now on. Love your vlogs!! Linda xxx
