Just purchased a Mesa Plus s/t on a Black Friday special. I can't stress how impressed I am with this bike. It was $1399 free shipping and no sales tax as I don't live in CA. I found no issue what so ever installing the front fender and nothing rubs. I have not found any vibration noise from them what so ever. Plus it is came with $300 plus of accessories. Had it up to 28 MPH which is way too fast for this old guy. I have to rate this bike as top quality and and a real value at that price as compared to others in this price range. Very easy to assemble with 2 people.

I just discovered this brand today. I wish I could find reviews where somebody would compare three or four similar bikes from different brands.
I have interest in this one. But, how does it compare to the Bee Cool counterpart.
It’s hard to tell unless somebody compares them side-by-side. They all ride down the sidewalk. And a lot of them have the same components. What makes one stand out over the other. The search continues

Two things are disappointing about this bike. 1. The low end Tourney derailleur. It's the absolute entry level Shimno derailleur. It dhould be at least an Altus or Acera. 2. This bike is way too heavy for mechanical disc breaks. These should hydraulic for safe stopping distances.

I would not recommend buying an ebike from this company. I received mine with a clearly used or refurbished battery. They were not at all really respond to my emails to customer service. They just sent me some black fingernail polish to cover up the serious scuffs and scratches that were all over it. The authenticity seal on the battery was raised and the battery meter light on it does not light up. Even the main frame had some scratches from shipping and I wasn't really hung up on that but the battery is a very important part of an ebike. Not a good experience and the assembly instructions were not good either. I basically had to put it together three times because they didn't clearly call out the required orientation of things. For a company that touts their great customer service, I am very disappointed.

Good to know but Lectric bike company is the worse of any of them. Maybe it runs in the e-bike world as they don't produce the bikes. There really just drop shipped from China to warehouses here in the U.S. Then when there's a issue with the new bike it cost the U.S. company money to correct it. Just my take after dealing with Lectric bike company over a damaged new bike delivered.

Ahhhhm sorry, it comes with a complete Shimano 7 speed Tourney, thats not middle of the road it's as low as it can be. Please do your homework and be able even to categorize these basic parts. It's not asking much that someone who reviews more then one bike is able to know the basics of bikes, before they give advise to the viewers.
To make it clear, there is absolutely no reason to equip any bike over 800$ with a Tourney derailure. More so, when you see a Tourney on a bike it's a sign of warning. Altus should be the absolute minimum. When we talk about middle of the road, it would be something like a Acera or Alivio. Here in Europe a Deore would be described as average and you really feel the difference to the lower groupsets.
I think the reason, for these low groupsets on all of these 500W and more hubmotor bikes is the spaceing for the cassette. Mostly it's just 7 or 8 speed and you don't get a Deore etc. as 7 or 8 speed. But thats ok, as something like an Acera is also very capable. But not a Tourney, that just one thing cheap sh*t for people who doesn't know what it is.

Seriously buddy your making way too much about this discrepancy. First off, it’s a $1500 bike with quite a bit bang for your buck and you get what you pay for. Second, I personally don’t even use my shifter unless my battery dies and I need to pedal. The shifter is barely ever used by most riders or they set it at 4 and forget about it. At least it’s Shimano and not some lesser brand. Also, you do realize these smaller RUclips channels don’t make money so all this review is pretty much this man doing us a favour. You paid him nothing for the review so show some appreciation.

I don't like the twist throttle; i think the newer bikes this year have thumb throttles. I really want to get this one; it seems like a perfect balance of road/off-road
