We've had runaway residential real estate pricesfir decades. Now commrcial realestate is no longer in demand.... What if commercial reakestate was converted to residential. Mind blowing huh? The fact this isnt the immediate thought of anyone covering this nondense is quite telling.
I think Financial Ninja covered conversion of commercial to residential real estate the other day. It is not always possible and can be super expensive
But, higher interest rates just increase the debt burden without a way to repay the debt. Around and around we go. Debt death spiral.
