Why not "just be".
I think there are seasons to just be. But I think the gospel ultimately changes our hearts too. I guess the ultimate point is to follow the Lord in whatever season He has us in.

@@whatup8107 I spend time reading the Bible. I try to pray often. I'm also in a community group that helps me stay accountable.

@@whatup8107 yeah, I'd say so. I still struggle with some anxiety but I've been seeing a therapist and am learning how to truly bring that to God.
