I have never seen any brickfilms that focus more on the story and as well as character driven as well. You really capture the character traits of Bruce Wayne better than most other people do. You deserve more subscribers for this video alone!
This is one of the best Batman stop motion animated videos i've ever seen! I love the black-and-white animation as well as the intensity of the scene! there didn't need to be blood or violence at all! I loved the gloom and fear that this animation built up! Very dark and well done!
Wow man this is one of the best Batman brick films I’ve seen in awhile. You really deconstructed the character of Bruce in a way most brick films fail to do. Great job.
I think this is what more brickfilms should be like. Story driven with a certain stylistic approach. Hope to see more work from you in the future that's similar to this.
Wow! this was well worth the wait and it looks absolutely amazing! from the Raindrops at the beginning to the Black & white visuals. Out of the LEGO Fan Films I've voiced in, this is the one I'm most proud of. Heh, even Alfred looks a bit like me. Thank you for letting me be a part of this.
What a well crafted character piece that really shows a portion of Bruce’s life that would otherwise have been a throwaway line. And the attention to detail is stellar
Just watched a second time! Your noir style photography and set designs really brought a more unique vision to the project. From the rain at the beginning to the use of silhouettes in the apartment sequence was really great! I also think crafting a story dealing with Bruce’s external conflict with Joe Chill and internal conflict with his identity and morale is an incredibly unique for this medium. Fantastic work overall!
That was amazing! I see a lot of fan projects on RUclips, and while many of them are fantastic and are huge inspirations for my personal endeavors, this was truly a masterpiece. I love how this was shot like an actually film and that it was mostly visual storytelling, plus the black & white was a great touch, really sends a message that is a pinnacle and reflective moment in Bruce's mission. Also diving into Batman's philosophy was amazing and executed perfectly. Can't wait to see more from you :)
It's been a while haha! Great job with this. Really nice lighting, story and voice acting. I loved the exploration of the philosophy of Batman. I also dig the choice to make this black and white. The way you hold on to certain shots adds a satisfying nuance to the film, and that final shot ends it off effectively! Solid stuff, keep it up!
Awesome Batman brickfilm!
