This is a great property! Thank you for the tour! You did get the paintings wrong. The one in the living room for £77K is the Francis Bacon. The one in the dining room is not 😊
Absolutely beautiful place. BTW. The textured wallpaper in the bathroom and passage is called grasscloth wallpaper.
Nice apartment and I do like the interior design, very luxurious.
They've obviously gone high end on the interior design but the small, unattractive windows with views of other windows and low ceiling heights are quite uninspiring. £4k per square foot seems a bit optimistic.
Very classy apartment, but what worries me is, what are you looking onto through those blinds.
The price tag must be for the location, I can't see the value in paying £5.8 million for an apartment unless it's an investment to generate more income.
As an artist myself the first thing that I would do on buying that flat would be to throw the artworks into the nearest skip.

Sorry with that price tag two big no no's first walking walldrop & instead of run of the mill MIELE it should have bean GAGGENAU small things but with this price tag one looks for those DETAILS.

Suggest the developer/designer should visit flats at similar price in other cities and improve their existing standard!

Mayfair... Location, location, location. 1 Belgravia, 2 Knightsbridge, 3 Mayfair, 4 Chelsea. That's apparently the list of most desirable locations in London.

People who have the £5.8M to pay are clearly not stupid people, it's the people who don't and complain which are the stupid ones.
Nothing at the Luxury end of the market is going to be value for money. And yes b u say that if you go 10 miles out of London you could get a 5 bed mansion bla bla bla Your paying for the location obviously and the rental & investment potential. The person who might buy this, this will not be their only or primary residence probably
@@charlesjay8818 THANK YOU. Finally someone with a brain. Every time I see these kinds of videos, there’s always someone whining about price. Of course if all you had in your account is 5.8m you’re not going to buy it because that’s all your money. They don’t take into account the location and the target audience for it. The people that buy these places think 5.8m is a steal because that to them is spare change, and they’re not buying it as their one and only house. If your imagine yourself buying this as some lottery winner who just won 6m then you’re clearly not the target for it.

The person that would buy this most likely has multiple 6 bedroom houses already. Keep in mind you’re paying for the location, which is about 1.8 miles from Central London. Show me a luxury house in the same area that *isn’t* an apartment for the same price, you won’t find it.

It’s a nice property (although the windows are a bit small and the master doesn’t have a bath). BUT £5.8m to own it for 128 years (plus service charge)? No thanks.
