This is the most important new science of the century. Watching this lecture will change how you look at water and at life. There is also a great book by Pollack. Thanks for posting this.

Ahha of course ! infra red.. heat.. deconstructs water (obviously, if you think of the universe as a dynamic computed reality)
Things have "stability" but really water is evaporating all the time.. very very slowly.. we don't watch every molecule all the time so its a simple probability curve based on the heat and airflow etc, with uncertainty.. basically no computation is even required (except when we look)
This seems like the logical way for water to boil.. heat.. surface becomes strong in the perpendicular sheets like graphite.. a simple properties based rule. Fantastic.. the properties of water and these surfaces make biology possible :)

If this is true that light drives the flow of blood in our cardiovascular system, it really ties in well with the belief, theory or truth that the heart is not actually a pump. There are very compelling arguments that this is true. And now some compelling arguments for how the blood can flow when the heart does not actually pump. Very interesting! Thanks for sharing the Lecture!

Ive scoured the web for information about infrared radiation and hydrophiliclic charge separation in water, yet only Dr. Pollack's work turns up. The notion that ambient heat causes this phase of water to form and the subsequent separation of positive and negative water molecules near a hydrophilic surface should amaze scientists and lay persons alike. The implications are that water can act as a battery at room temperature without fuel and requires almost no maintenance. Since this system in indefinitely scalable the amount of electricity produced in this way is irrelevant so long as it works.

The idea of the 2 negatively charged particles coming together is the answer to the age old question of the "cheerio effect" when cheerios in a bowl coalesce together. Many physicists have worked on this problem and I believe what he is talking about is the answer.

Prof Pollack has been onto this amazing discovery for many moons, but sadly the significance of it will probably only become known and understood when paramount takes it into a fiction movie and push it into mainstream with an Oscar performance.. Keep it up Prof Pollack.

    This is extremely important !
Immediately, we now understand where the information is stored in our brains. And how information is channeled throughout our bodies ( not just the nervous networks alone).
As above so below. The water above (clouds) contains massive amounts of information from the ‘cosmos’, as evidenced by the crystalline structures from snowflakes (each one being unique). Talking about downloading from the clouds! Genesis chapter 1: separation of water above from water below becomes so relevant all of a sudden! Living water indeed! Fountains of Living water. No surprise that all of this being uncovered as humanity is entering into the Age of Aquarius
Last verse of Book of Matthew :
I am with you all until the end of the aeon (age) Amen

I heard a hypothesis that the function of mitochondria breaking down glucose has a byproduct of creating water within the cell. At the same time, the mitochondria, depending upon their efficiency, are also releasing infrared radiation and creating exclusion zones around themselves and the protein synthesis zones within the cell. Neurosurgeon Dr. Jack Kruse and Douglas C. Wallace PHD Mitochondrial Etiology of common complex diseases are what come to mind immediately.

Thought experiment: Cut or make several hydrophobic tubes, structure water in a wide beaker, place tubes in different positions heights. Will the structured water follow the path of the separated tubes? Can you light the tubes to intake Bulk water then eject structured water? I'll sweep the floor in the lab, you guys run the experiments. Just a layman here.

Structured water helps blood circulation because blood cells are much bigger than capillaries and the human heart is not strong enough to pump those huge cells through small capillaries. Structured water forces water and nutrients 100 feet up in the air.
But does anyone know if structured water helps lymph circulate?

Pollack's illustration of hexagonal clusters contains numerous errors and violates elementary chemical principles. Doesn't this trained audience notice that?
    1) In his "honeycomb" the "expert" equates covalent bonds within the molecules and hydrogen bonds between the molecules. Oxygen would therefore be 3-bonded and hydrogen 2-bonded. Massive violation of bonding rules, even some high school students recognize this mistake. Actually, the model is already dead.
    But further:
2a) Water clusters cannot have a regular hexagonal shape (honeycomb). The bond angle in the molecule is 104.5°, the bond distance is about 96.5 pm. To the H-bridges there is an angle of about 180° and a distance of about 180 pm. Honeycomb adé.
2b) Since 6 hydrogens then project at a 104° angle to the six sides of the cluster and this is also true for the neighboring clusters, a regular connection to a compound becomes difficult, moreover the 6 hydrogens are also positively polarized.
2c) For the same reasons, a multilayer of clusters also becomes problematic. It cannot be directly overlaid as shown under any circumstances.
    3) The hexagonal honeycomb is based on the dipole character of the water molecules, which can thus form hydrogen bonds. These are immediately destroyed again by the ubiquitous Brownian molecular motion (lifetime in the range of picoseconds (10 -12 s).
    4) If these clusters exist in any form at all, they would be destroyed in the stomach at the latest. They would be protonated by the extremely acidic stomach contents, partially receive a positive ionic charge and decompose themselves.
    5) I am a biochemist myself and work with vital life processes. If it were possible to produce water with such a much better quality by "swirling", "hexagonalizing" etc., all medical or biological laboratories worldwide would prepare their bacteria, algae, animal or cell cultures only with such water. I do not know anyone who does this.
But with Polack's findings, water is "energized" worldwide and millions are taken out of the pockets of the faithful.

It's not the IR light that is the energy that powers the water. The IR light is causing the Nafion to resonate at the proper frequency to cause the water to transform to EZ water.
If it was IR that caused EZ to form, as the primary energy, all of the water would change. It's obviously the nafion that's reacting with the IR.
I can make EZ water in bulk, right out of your pressurized water system, as it flows out of your faucet, simply by the movement of the water as the energy to cause my product to resonate at the proper frequency to do the exact same thing.
Ironically, once EZ water is manufactured, the molecular bond is reduced to the point that it can be disassociated by a flame, spark, or compression.
