"...so if this is the type of stuff that you want to see; this is the type of stuff that I'm gonna give you..." Me: YES please Also Great video...Keep It Up Man 💪🏼
Looking forward to the continuation of this series! I like the idea of a start to finish deep dive. Most preppers give great info but are kind of all over the place. Love the cohesion of this series
I am glad I found your channel. I have been prepping for a few years now as money allows. I have watched thousands of post and channels. I have gotten burned out on many of the got have the latest and great gear no matter the price. Far to many push their sponsored products and gear. It's great to have someone understand that not everyone can run out and buy the latest and greatest gear and products. Good job.
Awesome, crank them out! It’s tough to find a channel that is a true primary and all encompassing source to refer people. I’ve built up my own playlist to refer people to, but it’s a hodgepodge of quality.
Yes good series. I like your perspective and the way you can explain subject well and make it simple to understand. These first ones are very entry level information, but for some people this is the level they are at. Looking forward to the next video. Keep it up.
Bravo-Zulu! that was an OUTSTANDING presentation on how to carry ammo and I agree with you 100%. I would add that the SOE Micro Rigs are an OUTSTANDING Setup that work Great but they too are Limited by their size. The Hazard 4 Chest Rig is a bit bigger that allows the carrying 8 AR15 or AK Mags is well made and has extra pouches on the side for gear. I normally keep about 300-500 round 556, 7.62x39, 300BO and now 308 loaded up in magazines because I have multiple weapons that use those calibers and I like to shoot at least once a month to keep my skill level high. Because of this Ammo Shortage I finally broke down and ordered a Hornady Ammo Plant along with everything I will need to make 1000 rounds for each caliber I own but the items have been coming in slow but steady and with luck the Ammo Plant will be fully Operational by the Middle of May. I used to Reload before I went into the Military it was the best way to feed my competition weapons without going into the poorhouse!
This whole break down in the series is awesome. The fact that I can easily pick a topic and let you explore it is awesome. Dude keep this up the quality of content is amazing!
Liking these videos. Hope you are going to make some videos on support bags in the future as I am building those out right now. Ammunition, batteries, cleaning kits, etc. basically bags to carry in the vehicle or stash at a fallback point for additional support
GOOD DAY TO YOU BRO...AWESOME VIDEOS VERY INFORMATIVE AND USEFUL KNOWLEDGE AND THANK YOU FOR SHARING BROTHER HAVE A BLESSED DAY TO YOU & YOUR FAMILY...👌👌
Frikkin A+++ presentation and info. Yes definitely the kind of content I love to see keep it coming. Also awesome to see someone actually "invest" in solid gear, always a pleasure to see your gear man thanks!
Get a Tactical Assault Panel (TAP), ebay has them for $15. Get the ACU pattern because they are cheaper and you can dye or spray paint them if you want a different color. The have MOLLE on the front so you can add what you need. Cheap, battle proven, can have 8 mags loaded in the system in the basic configuration.
Great videos. I'm inclining more to Belt+suspenders loadout, with the ocasional plate carrier/armor vest over it when needed. Also trying to make it wearable with my third line. I think the UK Army rock with this kind of setup.
One huge thing is, instead of individual gear and tactics (IMTs) people need to be taught how to create logical defense and security plans. Especially for neighborhoods and communities. Giving people the proper tools to be able to create and employ an effective and sustainable defense plan is essential. I don't know if this something you'd make but just thought I'd throw it out there. Tactics will always trump kit and skill as we all know. Appreciate the videos.
Loving this series, and really looking forward to the medical content! It's always nice to see the perspective of others, especially those with real experience! Helps me build confidence in my own set ups, and almost always teaches me something or gives ideas. Keep up the great work!
What I have on order is kind of a cross between a chest rig and a plate carrier. Wears like a chest rig (listed as a chest rig) but has provisions for an armor plate in the front. It was cheap so no idea of the quality, mainly bought to have something as a stop-gap measure until I can get something better.
The Hill people gear large recon chest rig is the best. I carry it in my truck as part of my “ get home system “. I have it set up as a full blown chest rig. I carry 3 AR mags, my pistol and two spare mags ALL ON THE INSIDE AND HIDDEN. I got the AR mag carriers that have Velcro in the rear. Awesome! Great info, thanks for the video.
Well Presented. I prefer a battle belt with soft armor for mobility. I also use a load baring best with belt. I like t h e Hill Country set up. Prep On T
ain't got no armor yet... Im really having hard time getting halfway decent gear... thinking of something like the haley chest rig so when I get armor I can used that chest rig on the outside of the armor... I'm also trying to aquire more 308 gear it's hard to find good stuff. Especially for ploy sr25 mags as they don't always fit in older g3 or fal pouches..... the best I've found is a South African 83 battle jacket. With a 83 south African harness...
For MM you need to have room to carry what you find or acquire intel and if someone goes down maybe they're carrying specialized equipment. You need calories in a molle pouch if you're running body armor too just fyi
@@PreparedAirman I was talking more to the guys who read comments but a lot of MM wouldn't last because their 100lbs bigger than they were enlisted and that that's a lot of fuel to move. You're going to blow up soon bro, maybe a big career change for you soon. God bless your path
Hey brother, just subbed, former SF member of 8yrs as well. Love your vids, all great info for not only military but also civilians. Hope you get a lot of more subs! A true sheep dog! Lol
I prefer a h-harness system with an attachable chest rig. My h-harness also incorporates a holster and extra mags for the pistol and a mini IFAK while the chest rig that can attach to it also has a more complete IFAK, primarily due to the amount of real estate on the pistol belt. My plate carrier can also accept the chest rig and fits well over the h-harness. I'm sure a time goes on, I'll find yet another thing I like better, but atm, that what I am doing.
E-bay has some good deals on high end gear. I recommend eagle industries, tatical tatical, London Bridge trading, and Blackhawk. Just to name a few. Look around and wait, you can get name brand for airsoft prices.
Absolutely fantastic. Straight to the point. Super easy to grasp for the newbies. I am REALLY looking forward to that iFAK video since there’s very little good videos out there on iFAKs, despite how important they are.
Mainly depends on your environment but I recommend light weight Mid hight or full hight boots for more ankle support. Especially if your moving over hard terrain. But if you think you will just be in a neighborhood I would look at Trail running shoes or light weight hiking shoes.
Bring it on, I'm good with more info, thx for the vid ,Bro. Just out of curiousity, where did you get the "H" harness, it looked way better than my old school one I have.
The one I shows is a GCS h harness. I would say its OK.. if you can find it less the $50 the I would say its worth it. You can find almost the same thing in ACU or ABU patterns for super cheap like $25 some times.
When you come across a video with no dislikes... 👎🏼👈🏼 j/k I’m not that kind of person. But you know someone out there wants to! IFAK goes on the left. That’s the standard. It’s ok. I’ll give you a pass. Your chairforce. 👍🏼
That's funny...everywhere I've been the IFAK goes on the right, when my dad was doing this stuff it was center back, for my grandpa it was front of the right side hip...different people, different places, different times.
Great video but honestly body armor is pretty useless would I like some sure but if I get hit I’m more then likely dead “depending where you get hit” or out the fight either way screwed
Wouldn't keep everything in the same spot bring up that and how you need a plan with 1 reliable dude or dudette for 5ws on the place you deem decent with a water and food source to bug out. That's what I recommend lived off the land half my life.

The trusty ithaca 37 featherweight. My favorite pump gun
Hold the trigger down and it fires as soon as the next shell enters the chamber. Impractical but fun no less

You should do some videos on fitness and training regimens.
Great information. Thank you for taking the time to go through it all and sharing your knowledge and experience with us.
Just doing old-school H harness they're not so fancy but they get the job done
I got a surplus TAP a few years back for $10 shipped, works perfectly and keeps my setup really slim.
The Haley Strategic D3CR X with their side saddles works great for me!
Yessss I've been waiting for another video.
Outstanding. I am enjoying these videos

Good inventory 🙏
Awsome series so far! Keep em
Coming👍
GREAT INFO...THANKS
Great info mate
Great content. Keep it up.
What do you think about running a battle belt and then keeping mags on “bandoliers” in your third line pack?
If you can access atleast 3 magazines very quickly then I would say its doable.
Honestly bro what shoes do u recommend for mmk style things?🤙🏼🇺🇸🛡
Mainly depends on your environment but I recommend light weight Mid hight or full hight boots for more ankle support. Especially if your moving over hard terrain. But if you think you will just be in a neighborhood I would look at Trail running shoes or light weight hiking shoes.
Who else is planning on using their stimulus money for upgrades to their mmk?
It seems like a really wise choice, actually. Could be easy to blow, but it can also go a longggg way if you use it properly
Everyone who loves the 2a
What about a separate body armor/chest rig? Will armor be in another video?
Yes armor will be discussed in an upcoming video.
Source/manufacturer of the gear you show?
Is there any particular websites that sell good plate carriers? I’m definitely trying to order myself a good one
Mayflower, London Bridge and crye percision are a couple good ones.
Another awesome video..
Learning alot thanks
Who makes that H-Harness

Should I get a secondary weapon or a chest rig/plate carrier first?
If you have a magazine fed long weapon already I would recommend a chest rig for holding your mags. Then a pistol/secondary weapon after.
@@PreparedAirman what plate carrier is that in the video your wearing
Mayflower APC
Keep wanting it till it's done

Lol I thought the same thing at first.. Its an ithaca 37 they eject out the bottom. Older design, they don't use it much anymore.
