If GW doesn't already have an audio narration for the 9th Edition book, they really need to pick this up and use it as the official one. Seriously. Someone send this on to them and get them to start paying Baldermort for this masterclass narration, so that more people get to hear what we do and understand exactly how much the right voice can bring the fantastic grimdark of 40K to life.

With me imagining.the heroes coming to the rescue after the necron invasion. Simply goosebumps for me...lol...I felt like I was watching the beginning of a new compelling TV show (like Game of Thrones) .

I stopped collecting at fifth edition, and stopped following lore around sixth back in 2012. Very grateful for the work of warhammer youtubers, because it's been a blast to find out all the stuff that has been happening, The Necrons are actually fleshed out now?! No longer, space terminator skeles from fourth edition. Primarchs, faAilbaddon is no longer a huge meme. And the current Eldar lore makes me want to collect a Eldar army for the first time. My big hope is for the Tyrannids to receive some love. Was a Tyrannid and Space Marine collecter. Black Templars,Ultra smurfs,Blood Angels and Dark Angels armies, started collecting a few chaos models on the side. (No wonder i needed a break!.) Looking forward to future narration on the upcoming lore. Really enjoyed this channel, my favourites where the Krieg and Rogal Dorn videos.

Why? Necrons hard counter Tyranids. They can drown the hive mind, they are the most lethal in the void, they can’t be consumed nor can the Tyranids consume their own. Plus the only time the Imperium and Necrons have worked together was when the Silent King used the Blood Angels as meat shields.

Also if that's the case that they "easily can beat the tyrainds" then why did the Silent King return to the milky way galaxy after seeing the Great Devourer? And he was astonished by the sheer size of the main tyraind fleet. He even said that they are greatest threat.

I was in the process of writing my own story that is inspired by Warhammer 40k. A universe where I wrote my own cybernetically enhance warriors powered by both science and magic who are on the front lines in fighting off intergalactic monsters from all sorts of dimensions. And then a question came to me that was inspired by a very recent tragic experience of losing a member of my family. That made me think about wondering if Space Marines ever grieve. So I asked myself a storytelling question. Can a hard as nails space warrior who underwent such physical and psychological transformations still mourn loss?
I keep trying to listen to these amazing videos while I design a Black Templars Light Cruiser in Empyrion buuuut they are just too damn interesting! I find myself no longer building, merely listening to the captivating narrative brought to us by Mort's born to narrate voice.

I think the silent kings intentions are (a little) more noble than what we think. Of course he's responsible for the deaths of many humans, however we know he's informed his overlords to refrain from killing more of the lesser races than required. While it's stated that it's so they can enslave the younger races, it's far more fitting with his character that he instead feels some sort of sympathy to them
