I'm rating this a 5. The gray sits back in the background enough that it lets the color really shine through, but the pearl is subtle enough that it's not over-the-top. It's in that perfect sweet spot between crazy and subtle.

You HAVE to do this over the Blurple base. That color on the speedshape was INSANE. I knew Shadow Grey would be the crowd favorite, and for good reason, but the Blurple will be wild full scale. I think it will be one of the best colors you’ve ever done.

Wow!! It’s like a Smokey sunset. That copper pops off every curve on that car. The rosey pink makes the gray look like a Smokey mauve, it’s stunning! 🤩😍🤩
5 easily. I love how the grey bases have that perfect balance between the black and white to show off the spectrum beautifully. Also the fact this looks like a sunset is perfection for me

Seems to me to have changed the gray to a dusty purple. Not really gray anymore. I think it would accent the blurple instead of changing it. Bring on the blurple!
Funny thing is I'm not really a big fan of purple colors, but in this case, I think it's the way to go.

I fully agree they took the easy route outta this one pretty disappointed. Like bruh you get paid not only for your products but from all us viewers on youtube make you tons of $ so funds should not have been an issue. And if you gonna say you were short on time. Plan your time better for said videos in the future.
WOW, surprising and interesting result with Shadow Gray base. With some angles you can see the copper and others it's more rose, cranberry to purple blueberry.

I'd even add that at certain angles, I'm pretty sure I'm seeing a couple flashes of bright, nearly "fire engine" red... but with a hint of metallic sheen thrown in for good measure.

this is 100% one of my favorite projects i've seen from you guys! vibrant reds and oranges and just a hint of rose, Copper Ghost is seriously such an awesome pearl. Shadow Grey was absolutely the right choice for the base. so cool.
5 for sure. I love the subtle bit of purple tint that seems to sit around the rosey colorshift. Shadow grey is the perfect base for this pearl
5, that moment at 6:21 when the clouds reflect in the bonnet and you get the absolute perfect replica of dusk sky and sunset gleam highlight was marvellous

I finally see the rose tones. In some of the shots, this gave me a real pink-rose-purple sunset vibe

Definitely a 5. If I had to put a name on this effect I'd call it "Searing Sunset Dusk". So much color aspects with each angle but you still can tell it's on a grey base. If you do the racing stripes project, could you do it on a blurple base with ths stripe base in shadow grey .... and copper ghost over both. (yes I voted for blurple and still want to see it). Pleeeaaase *puppy eyes*

i reckon over the blurple base u would get a fuller spectrum blue right through to yellow
5 easily! It reminds me of the sunsets over at Fort Fisher in NC, or even Atlantic Beach, also in NC. I love it! 10/10 on my scale man. I'm in love.
For me it's a 4.5 while blurple would have been a 5. I just think that highly saturated cool color would have let this pearl fly.
5 - the color makes the car almost look animated. It's a very surreal look but I absolutely enjoy it. It's something akin to a sunset after a thunderstorm. Where the clouds have a mix of orange and grey/purples.
This turned out nice. The car would look even nicer if the headlights were polished 😁

I love the names they come up with for these colors.
I think the blurple would have complimented that specific car better but definitely a 5 far as the product, at angles the grey shines and other angles the pearl pops and takes over. Definitely a nice combo just not for that car in my opinion.

I respect that you pride your channel on hearing it's audience, buuuut you are the professional sometimes you know best. Sometime this year I'd love to see what the master would pick and I don't want to see just a spray, I want to see what a real paint and body guy can do.....I wanna see some simple graphics....this color though, it's like a expensive silk in it's color and I love it.

Tbh, this pearl reminds me of the pearl in java black, just with a diff base color. Love this combo to.
