- Add a touch of classic beauty to any room with this Cable Love Throw! This is crocheted one square at a time, making a fun summer and or travel project. You can make this all one color, two colors (as shown), or even make this as a stash buster with the leftover skeins of yarn in your stash. I used a worsted weight yarn, but this can also be made using almost any size yarn as long as you match the proper hook size to the yarn you choose.
The written pattern is available from LoveCrafts here: www.lovecrafts...

When I get more secure in my crochet skills, I am going to brave a Bonnie creation 💕 I have one her books, a wonderful book as a carrot before my nose..❣️
Thank you for your kind support Happy Camper! These cables can be a bit challenging if you've never worked them before. One suggestion to to make a pillow (by making 2 squares) just to try out the stitches. Mistakes are allowed when learning! You can even use up some stash yarn that you don't need. Insert pillow form into the center and use the Knurl stitch to stitch it closed.
💕 Thanks for the tip 😇
Gorgeous!!!

So pretty & so doable. Thank you!
Goodness it's Amazing !
Thank you!😊❤️
Bonnie, I haven’t been able to crochet for about 3 months. A lot of health issues but I think I’m almost on the mend. This pattern looks positively interesting! A wattle stitch?…I’ve never heard of it. But I think they’re totally within my grasp. The cable part…I’m going to have to rewatch and try a few times. Thank you for a new to me pattern! I wanna learn how to do this!
My pleasure Margaret! Hope you are feeling better and better!😊❤️
Love this ! Will be starting this weekend. Thank you so very much

I really want to learn cables. I am an experienced crocheter, but have always been intimidated by cables. Thinking of ordering your beginning cables book.
Pretty 🦋
Beautiful
❤ fabulous 👌 xx
G'day , Superb tutorial especially for nincompoots. A printed copy would also help me. Keep doing what you do so well.
Ha ha! Thanks for the chuckle John! The pattern is available here: www.lovecrafts.com/en-us/p/cable-love-throw-crochet-pattern-by-bonnie-barker
I did 50 chains but you have more than 50. I'm following you from this video.
You may want to check again. Perhaps you skipped extra stitches?
Absolutely beautiful! I would love to create one of your projects but I work a lot.
No problem Michelle. Don't ever feel pressured to complete a project quickly. This is supposed to be a fun craft that adds to your relaxation in your own time.
Wow!!!!!!
❤❤❤❤
😊😊😊😊
الله الله علي الجمال❤❤❤
What am I going to do with you ,well I guess keep on looking at your beautiful pieces.😊😊😊😊😊
Ha ha! Thanks Amanda. I don't want anyone to get too bored out there!
The yarn I’m working with is a worst weight but it’s not that soft, so was wondering if I could use a K 6.5 hook so it won’t be so stiff. With that work🤔
Definitely experiment with the larger hook to see if you like the fabric it makes.
I have the hardest time finding the hdc stitches on the bpdc row after the cross cable row. Would it work to leave out the hdc on the center cable? I have done cable patterns that don't have hdc between the cable stitches.
All other crochet cabling does not use hdc. This is my special version of these stitches. I believe the hdc give the cable more definition. If you omit the hdc, your stitch count will be greatly affected.
You're right, of course. I bought the pattern, watched the video and now that I pretty much have the sequence memorized I will try again. My cables are not as well defined as yours. I am going to start again. I think all your cable patterns are amazing and look so much more authentic than other crochet cabling I have done. It's worth doing over to get it right. Thanks. @@BonnieBayCrochet
What size did you each square end up being ? I’m trying to get a 10x 10 or 11x11
Each square is approximately 13" x 13"
Just confirming….Do you turn your work after each row? Thank you.
I get it! It is similar to the Tree of Life blanket that I made. :)
Yes, definitely turn at the end of each row!😊
Ugh… 😢 I cannot get that bptr on row 4
There is definitely a learning curve on these stitches.😬
Can you post the pattern
It is available for purchase in my LoveCrafts store. Link is in the video description.😊
Can I convert it into top?
You are free to try!
🥰👏👏👏❤️😍🧶😘👍
