    Can you conclude in one video: number of sets, RIR, number of reps, duration of hold for different seasons but with actual scientific numbers.

      I can but it may be too general a video with general advice. For it to work well its context specific, depends on the athlete, their level, their goals, time for workouts so I could only give general rules not exact numbers

    Most people focus on muscle until they feel not enough recovery for skill then they switch their training plan.
    I don’t care with muscle or how many reps I can do, what I need is progress on my static hold and do strength training as supported exercises.

      Their full routines will contain the planche dude 😂 and even in the pre season / out of season they’ll be drilling it with bands, partner assisted etc
