Most people focus on muscle until they feel not enough recovery for skill then they switch their training plan. I don’t care with muscle or how many reps I can do, what I need is progress on my static hold and do strength training as supported exercises.

Their full routines will contain the planche dude 😂 and even in the pre season / out of season they’ll be drilling it with bands, partner assisted etc
