To the guy below me, natural bodybuilding is where you do something called hypertrophy. You could take protein, creatine, or BCAAs. All naturally occuring in foods. Not-natural bodybuilding is where you take growth hormones and/or testosterone supplements. Those aren't naturally occuring in foods.

Steroids make your muscles bigger but they does'nt change what the muscles look like. To look like that you need both good genetics and you need to work like a crazy person. the diet is probably the hardest part and even tough you're on steroids you still need to work like an animal at the gym for them to make a difference.

To look like that you need both good genetics and you need to work like a crazy person. the diet is probably the hardest part and even tough you're on steroids you still need to work like an animal at the gym for them to make a difference.
