Yes, recorder apps are not the best option always when it comes to downloading Twitter videos because technically they are just recording screen and not downloading it, so obviously the quality will suffer. I use Allavsoft to firstly download twitter videos to my computer and then transfer to my iPhone. It is easy to use: Simply copy and paste the Twitter video url to Allavsoft and click Download button. It supports to batch download multiple videos at the same time in the background.

When you'll tap on it, you'll get to rename it. However, even if it doesn't, you can always rename it later after download.

Odd, when I press the save video option it does nothing. I check my camera roll and nothing’s there.
For me it just take me to the video without any options.
