We had NNT for the first time today! What a great experience. Salmon was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth! We also had the lamb which was out of this world full of flavor. In addition, we saw Sam across the way at his new restaurant, Graze. Best of luck!

What happens to the leftovers from these videos? I know bits of ingredients can go to making other dishes, but what do you do with the leftover finished product? Does it get saved for later, maybe goes to a neighbor or the gardeners if they've done good? Just a bit curious where it all goes. Other than that I love seeing all the different food made. Definitely one I'll keep an eye on the sub box for.

I was making tacos today to test out a recipe for camping trips and you post this. Love it and I'm planning on coming down to San Diego sometime soon and NNT is definitely on the to do list.
Thanks for finally showing us your place! Looks awesome. I'm also a big fan of putting things in tacos that aren't Mexican. Who says something has to be "authentic" to be delicious? One of my favourite things to make at home is the beer cauliflower tacos from Thug Kitchen (and I'm not even a vegetarian). You take small cauliflower florets and boil them for like 2 minutes in vegetable broth with beer, soy sauce, crushed garlic, lime juice and sriracha, drain them, toss them with taco seasoning and roast them in the oven. Then, they go in a corn tortilla (sorry, Sam) with a simple lime cilantro slaw and some extra hot sauce. So good.
I'm here making tater tots and chicken nuggets and my wife is possibly going into labor tonight but all I'm thinking about is how good those tacos looks

I grew up in Utah where pastrami is regularly served on burgers--I'm really unsure where that came from, but it's phenomenal.

@@Souzaphotos oh, true good point I've been told before that you're not supposed to use gloves while using a grill or flattop, but I haven't confirmed that. Sorta makes sense cuz I wouldn't want plastic glove on my food, but again, I haven't confirmed that.
