Leave Me Alone has always been one of my favorite short films.
To be honest, I notice something new almost every time I see it-and that’s saying a lot because, if there’s something that I do well and often, it’s watching Michael Jackson videos.
“Leave Me Alone” is the only short film that Michael Jackson received a Grammy award for and although it is super creative and interesting to watch, I don’t think it gets as much credit as it should. Here I talk about the hidden messages int he Leave Me Alone music video.

I loooooove Leave Me Alone, such a great song and the video for it is so creative because it's like he's taking us in his head and hearing the very simple message. I have seen and have a photo of one of shirts he wore in the 80s at a Hard Rock Cafe and yes he was a very slim guy ...the shirt I seen was a size small, I think the most he weighed was in the early 2000's when he was promoting " invincible " ...I had the casette-tape of "Bad" and always wondered why 'leave me alone' was not on it. But if Im not mistaken it came out as a single and was later realesd on later copies of the bad album
I know someone who works for the Michael Jackson estate and he told me that a new song with MJ and Randy Jackson is coming out next year, an unreleased one. SO EXCITED, also for the people who do not believe me when it comes out next year come back to this video and like this comment. I promise you I am not lying. CANT WAIT!

I loved the story of the jacket, I could totally feel your emotions. Leave me Alone is such a bop but unfortunately it's so underrated and I'm glad you cleared up about who's buying Michael's personal belongings, I'm not too keen on them being auctioned out but his stuff being used as memorabilia for establishments is better than them being hidden in a closet somewhere. Great video, thank you for sharing your experiences

@@MJFANGIRLTV Have you noticed how the visuals in 'Leave me Alone' preceed the Dangerous album cover? It is kind of the same thing. Michael passes through a fantasy, surreal world, which is pretty much what he deals with in life at the time. Teddy Riley once said the iconic painting originated from a mosaic Michael had created.
I really appreciate how you break MJ's work down. It really makes me see things in a different and deeper way. Extra love to that amazing sweatshirt!
MoonWalker is one of my favorite childhood movies and i really enjoyed this of Leave Me Alone. One of my favorite parts of the video is that when he had bilud a shrine to Elizabeth Taylor.
The reason he had the paparazzi as dogs were because is didn't like dogs
Yes that video had a lot of meaning the song leave me alone told you what it's already talking about list all the rumors of skin but not that specifically it was more about the allegations of child molestation that were a bunch of BS he never hurt a child so. Video has much more meaning than we could possibly understand he wanted to be left alone and not to be shamed by his own fans so girly I love that video I love that jacket he always wore the best outfits who had the best of everything he was a very nice person he loves his fans now and when he was alive he would hug them and he was the most amazing person thats what People need to know he was just a person like you and I he went through a lot with all those stupid allegations I didn't bleach his skin he had a disease my grandma recently passed away at the same disease and she is white. So for people to judge him they have no right for anyone to judge anybody only God can do that Michael was humanitarian a great singer dancer icon and a very lovely sweet soft-spoken person he will always be remembered and loved thank you for loving him as much as I do........THAT JACKET WAS SOOOOO COOL! I loved it 💯.

I’ve gotta say this was one of my favorite music video and favorite song. Just the rumors that spread around at that time about him was just horrible. From this video I really like how you went even deeper in the song. The Bad 25 documentary kinda ties into the making of this as well.

I too just thought it's a Ok video but great song.I guess because there's no choreography dance and all the pasted pictures seemed beneath his production value.But I love that he addressed all the rumours.Now since reading bout it by music critics I now went from liking it to Loving it.Poor MJ always got unfair,one sided, sensationalism stories
He says leave me alone because it was a message for his fans to leave him alone. And the stop dogging me around was for wade Robson
nooooo... it wasnt a message to his fans to leave him alone. It was a message to the tabloids and press.. like why would that be directed to his fans. Wade Robson was a kid when that song came out and didnt make accusations until after michaels death. So how could that be referring to him?

9:20 it’s not cool that Michael’s jacket was so slender. It’s sad. Ever since the 80s he would never eat or drink anything. He ended up getting extremely skinny and looked like a skeleton. One of his friends said he could see Michael’s heartbeat when he took off his shirt
