What i like in nothing the most as a np1 user for round 1.5 years its how snappy the software is and how good nothing ui and os is, even being underpowered hardware wise the animations are so snappy and well optimized (while the design of both device and ui is phenomenal) i just cant use any other os coming from previously owning huawei, samsung, xiaomi and iphone

I'm confused with the NP3a rumoured chipset. A 7s Gen 3 isn't much better than a MediaTek 7200. It's like the same and worse in some ways. Even the Dimensity 7350 is better. Would have preferred a 7 Gen 3 as the 7+ Gen 3 is probably too expensive.
They need to improve the camera system, size should be reduced a bit (I know, not going to happen), move buttons so you don't always take screenshots. Otherwise they should keep most of the NP2 stuff.

No NFC for payments
OS has some quirks, like not letting you save photos to SD card

IP54 rating in the Nothing phones is not good enough.
Especially on the flagships.
The flagship should be IP 68 and the A series IP 67
