I inferred from what was said, that the new Judge is insecure and needs to control everything. And that 'they' haven't learned about how to delegate yet.
When oneself and others know months, weeks and/or hours prior to any incitement, participation in.... any crime thereafter its a premeditated incident. People with that sort of power to create and influence others should not be considered viable they knew exactly what they were doing and what would happen. The Supreme Court of the United States should not try to come up with a non-viable Un-American, inhumane, ungodly and undemocratic excuse to not hold Donald Trump or others accountable. The evidence is overwhelmingly present to support he and others knowingly and wilfully without remorse etc were the architects the influencers and participants of this insurrection.... You DO NOT CONDONE this! Quit assuming Donald Trump is naive! He's a master conman and a master of influencing and directing others to commit crimes.... the evidence is overwhelming! The SCOTUS needs not to show favortism, political bias or fear. Its a seemingly simple decision that doesn't need to made into a difficult opinion. Theres no excuse for "lack of Precedence " .... its pure common sense. No one is above the Law.

Supreme Court judges should have term limits. In addition, there should be a panel composed of 4 democrats, 4 Republicans and 4 independents who decide who will be nominated for a seat on the court. Take it OUT OF THE HANDS OF ONE PERSON.

Observing from down under, I'm surprised, the Supreme Court judges are appointed for life by the sitting President. For all the American talk of defenders of democracy and their apparent abhorrence of tyranny, yet the Supreme Court judges are not voted into office, and they tend to override laws/bills passed by elected representatives. Doesn't seem right to me.

When you serve federal prison time, you do, at least 80% of your time...
So, if he got 4 months, he'll do around 3 1/2 months...
It's a pretty low level offense...
HOWEVER, he's still facing a trial in New York for fraud and when he's convicted he'll be an ex-convict and will do years in prison...
His only hope is November 5th...
Hopefully he will commit other fences so they can keep him in longer! 😅

I think the scotus ruling to defer national agencies, such as EPA, regulations to Congress or the courts would unravel functioning of those services that National Agencies perform into prolonged debate that nothing will get done to protect the American people. This decision should be reversed, or revised. None of the Congress nor the courts would be brought to understand what those regulations do, nor why they are so important. Take for an instance Congress' effoerts to place restrictions on social media as an example. Those hearings were a walk in the park for social media reps, becaause congress had no idea of the workings behind the delivery of those services, nor of ways Congressional directives could be subverted.

They can say what ever they want but all that has to happen is congress makes a law and the president signs it. Since the supreme court not there to change law. They there to interpret law. Roe v wade is not law it is one president. The law is legal abortion. That is the law. Are judges saying that a woman does not have a right to chose? If so, the judge doesn't have a right to decide any law that removes human freedom to make their own decisions to life, liberty, present oh happiness without court interference.
