Or Does Woman mean - A widow or divorcee as given in Surrogacy act 2021 ? You can see the same ambiguity in Chapter 4 :22: 4-1-iii "parties" , could please clarify on what does "Woman" mean?
Sir hardly any oocyte bank is available. How to procure oocytes. The art centre cannot directly recruit oocyte donors. Embryo donation is not allowed . It seems from your lecture. It will be very costly affair to pgd every embryo .
Sirji, I completely agree with you. First Oocyte and sperm bank started in Ahmedabhad. There is no database or monitoring system, hence to create a National database and to regulate these centers the law was passed. However, it is and will be costly affair considering the strict regulations. We need to wait for the rules and regulations to be drafted. They will dictate the implementation of the act
