Calcium scoring was suggested as no other symptoms, calcium score is 20, statin subscribed, no angiography recommend as no major symptoms

Thanks a lot sir for reply. Age is 68 years. No blockages in arteries. Weight is 60kg. Height is 5.4feet. Quite healthy till this age Though he is diabetic from 20 years but no medicine is prescribed by any Dr. we are pure vegetarian. aur long term lagne wali dawaiya par bhi bat kare.
Injections etc Kafi costly bhi hote hai.. kya aap generic medicines ki risk le sakte hai?

What is best follow up test useful to a patient who has 5 stents installed on left side of the heart 10 months ago. HE IS 80 Years old and his several stress test EF values have been normal ie 60 % or better for the last 15 years. There has been no heart attacks or damage to heart. It was a stable Angina problem so 5 stents were put on left side of the heart and right side arteries have been completely blocked however patient has a very active life style which opened his bypass capillaries and prevented any heart attacks or chest pains. HE HAS been on Brilinta and carvedol for the last 10 months since installation of stents. Going forward what test is the best to establish base line conditions of the heart and determine safely stop taking the medications or changing the quantity. Thx. For answering my questions.
Continue medicine..get echo and tmt every year..medicine can be decreased but not stopped

Good morning Dr. I am 59 years old, living in Delhi. I saw your channel for the first time. I am a heart patient, in 2016 while I was in the morning walk I felt a little pain/heavy ness in my chest. I immediately consulted the doctor, they did my catheter angiography and found all 3 main arteries blocked 70 to 90 percent. Doctors said go for CABG, VS MULTI VESSEL PCI.
In 2017 I consulted Dr. Bimal Chhajer (Running SAAOL) did treatment with an ECP machine and chemical Detox for 30 days. I went again for CT CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY (2017). Reports say that LDA(60-70), LCX(60-70) RCA(40-50) now.
Around 4-5 months while morning walk I feel a little pain. Please advise me, what to do now. Thanks

Dear Dr, my ldl is 120, hdl 55, trig 90, ch 190. Stress tmt echo normal, ecg normal sometimes it shows incomplete RBBB or borderline ecg, 24 hour holter is normal, 24 hour bp monitor is mild. Taking one 5 mg amlodipine and colontril 0.25 for anxiety. Occasionally I feel stress in chest. My CT Calcium score is mild I.e 8 only. Question - should I go for CT Angiography?
If you don't have significant symptoms then no need of angiography.

Sir my father was diagnosed with Triple vessel disease in 2021 having 100% blockage in Right side, and 80% in Left side. We got him operated at Narayana Hospital, Bangalore. But after 1 year in 2022, we thought to perform a routine check up. And there TMT came out to be strongly positive. Operating dr said to perform a MRI Chest.

Thanks for this informative video. Recently I had pain in the left side of chest and arm which prolonged over 10-12 hours. In the hospital emergency ECG was done twice at an hour interval and reports were normal. Simultaneously Troponin T test was done and the report was negative - less than 40 Ngm/L. From the following day onward I have no pain except a little in the left arm. Do I need to go for any further test immediately. I'm a 68yrs old male.

Sir my mother is 55 has symptoms like breathlessness while climbing stairs and walking fast along with mild chest pain and heaviness(better after 2 months medications but fully fine ). ECG, Echo and Holter test all are normal and now cardiologist suggested for coronary angiography(she is getting afraid of it) . So should we go for it now or can we delay it and get it done later if problem persist or detoriate with time. Please guide
